The experience was quite pleasant. The members of staff who attended to our needs during our one week training were helpful and responsive to our needs. Mariam, at the reception, was willing to assist and offer help upon request. The location of the hotel and the facilities were fantastic as well. All round pleasant experience

Very nice, clean, large space

The transportation is very convenient, 3 minutes walk is Nordstrom,Macy's and major shopping malls. The fly in the ointment is that the heating can not be used in the winter, you can set up Heat but there is cold wind. It can be said that although the sparrow is small and complete, it is very clean, even if I barefoot there is almost no dust, the service staff is very kind, The attitude is very good, I don't want to tip, I was polite and barely accepted it for a long time. I will stay at this hotel next time. ❤️

Although this is still my favorite hotel in the Houston area I wasn’t extremely impressed this stay. Our air conditioner was blowing hot air so we slept with the balcony door open. On our final day the shower wouldn’t drain. I will still continue to stay here because the staff is excellent and the location is perfect. And the views are amazing

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Galleria Houston. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location near the Galleria was perfect. Great amenities and overall a smooth, enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Convenient, fast and clean, business travel is very good, business trips are set near Galerria, very good, I will come here on business trips in the future, drive to the airport for half an hour

Beautiful quaint hotel in the heart of downtown. The multicultural surroundings also made a great impact on our stay.

Amazing location, few mins away from the upscale mall The Galleria in River Oaks which has it all and this hotel has a 4-5 floor parking garage, which is amazing. You can just take the elevator directly to the lobby. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are cleand and up to date, rooms are spacious. Really worth the money you pay. I will definitely not look for another place for this price. Breakfast is simple yet plenty for a home stay type facility and everything was fresh.
