Super high value hotel to stay at. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff went above and beyond to help us get checked in early and checled out late. Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Cant beat this deal. Good stuff, Chifley!

No hot water the 1st night we got there. Called in the morning and the engineer came right away (this we're happy), and the hot water came. Then the next morning before we check out, the hot water took at least 10 min to come out.

Great location. Comfortable, clean rooms. Renovations look amazing but fell a bit short cosmetically (areas in the room where large wall attachments were replaced with smaller ones and the paint wasn’t touched up)

This hotel was very nice. It was convenient for us and what we had gone to Houston to do for the weekend. The room was truly lovely and very quiet. We met friends who got there earlier and enjoyed the bar and loved the bartender. Also, I had booked both rooms under my name and there was no problem allowing them to check in before we arrived. Also, it was easy getting in and out of the hotel property in our vehicle. Thank you Hotel Chifley for a lovely stay. We will be back

the room was a lot nicer than expected as shown in the photos, very clean! not exactly soundproof, you can hear people thumping around in the rooms above/below/next to you. the parking garage was a bit of a pain, seems silly to charge $30 for self-parking, but that seems to be the standard for hotels in the galleria/uptown area.
