## Environment: The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, and walking to Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations is also very convenient. I'm not sure if I got an upgraded room type, but my room even had a walk-in closet. ## Service: The hotel room essentially met all my requirements. I chose a twin room this time because the king-size rooms were smoking rooms. Our room was on a higher floor, close to the elevator yet still quiet, and we could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour from outside. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; they would proactively offer help whenever they saw us. ## Hygiene and Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. All the amenities are quite new and very clean, though the facilities themselves are relatively classic/retro. ## Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The variety of dishes was relatively rich, and the Cantonese dim sum was delicious. They offered freshly cooked pork rib or fish ball noodles/vermicelli, and the most thoughtful part was being able to add as much noodles or vermicelli as you wanted.

The service here is excellent! The front desk asked me what kind of room I preferred during check-in. All the hotel staff were very polite. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a Don Quijote store, which is great for shopping, and there's also a Little Bear Biscuit specialty shop nearby. It's also a short walk to the subway station, making it very easy to get around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

The room size was pretty good, and I think it offers decent value for money in Hong Kong. The only minor issues were that the lighting was a bit dim and the bathroom door lock was faulty – you needed someone to help align it to get it to latch. The lobby connects directly to Langham Place, which is very convenient. I even stumbled upon a Kuromi pop-up there! Some of the facilities did feel a bit dated, which is understandable. I didn't experience anything particularly standout service-wise. The 'welcome' feeling actually came from the security guard at check-in and the cleaning lady. The front desk staff also helped arrange a twin room, which was nice.

Traveling to Hong Kong with my child, I wanted a conveniently located sea-view room. After some research, I booked the Kowloon Shangri-La. The sea-view room offered amazing views, and the service was excellent; I was very satisfied from check-in to check-out. Tsim Sha Tsui East Station's Exit J is just a few steps away, making it very convenient to visit K11. Highly recommended!

Everything is great! Just the pillow was a bit too soft for my family's liking but the staff was able to provide us with a firm foam pillow. We got upgraded to a family with a walk-in shower+ bathtub+ toilet which was amazing as bathtubs can be scary for elderly to get in/out. I can open up 4 pieces of luggage as well, it gets a lil bit crampy tho. The location is pretty convenient. Bus stop within walking distance, mall with lots of eateries, 7-11 nearby with MTR. The staff are all very friendly to answer all my queries even before checking in. The toilet in the lobby is clean as well. Def coming back again if needed!

This was my second trip to Hong Kong, and I chose the Park Hotel again. The room and location are my top priorities, followed by the service. This time I took the high-speed rail. It's just one Tuen Ma Line stop from West Kowloon Station to the hotel. There are many minibus stops right downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the Avenue of Stars, and there are many malls like K11 and The ONE nearby, as well as plenty of unique local eateries. It's great for an evening stroll and exploration. Initially, I was assigned a room facing the hotel's interior. Due to a personal health issue, I couldn't tolerate the low hum of the exhaust fan downstairs. I spoke with the hotel staff, and they moved me to a street-facing room the very next day. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and patient, actively communicating and resolving the issue.

Facilities: While not brand new, the overall feel is excellent, and the rooms are really spacious. Hygiene: Very good, the rooms are clean, and the lobby is also very clean. Environment: Both inside and outside the hotel, the environment is quite comfortable. It's really suitable for families with children, very close to the subway station, and exploring the surrounding area is very convenient. Service: Very friendly and accommodating towards our family with children; they were very thoughtful. I'll be booking another two-day stay from November 8th to 9th. Hoping for an even better value next time!

Pros: 1. **Upgrade**: Upon check-in, they proactively upgraded us to a classic suite. I suspect this was a thoughtful gesture, as their standard rooms are quite small, and the staff probably noticed our family of three had a lot of luggage. 2. **Convenient Location**: The hotel is very well-located for exploring. There are famous restaurants nearby, such as Australia Dairy Company and Mak Man Kee Noodle Shop (Michelin-rated). The hotel provides a food map at check-in. Temple Street Night Market is within walking distance, and there are several seafood stalls nearby selling live mantis shrimp, crabs, and razor clams. We didn't get a chance to try them this time, so I can't comment on the taste. It's also a pleasant walk to Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbour during the day. 3. **On-site Dining**: The hotel itself has a rich variety of dining options within its food street. 4. **Airport Shuttle**: The A21 airport bus is very convenient. It costs around HKD 30 (half-price for children) and you can get off at Ning Po Street, then it's a five-minute walk to the hotel. Payments can be made via WeChat Pay, Alipay, or credit card. Each person needs to scan their own QR code; you can't use one for multiple people. Make sure to prepare your payment beforehand, or you might get a scolding if you're too slow, and they don't give change. Cons: 1. **Aging Facilities in Suite**: The hotel is older, though it was renovated around 2018. While the room was clean, the facilities felt a bit dated. The most inconvenient part of the suite (room 725, for reference) was having to shower in the bathtub, as there was no separate shower stall. Moreover, the drainage was severely clogged and very slow. It started backing up the moment we turned on the water, not just halfway through the shower. By the end, the water would reach ankle-deep, which was quite exaggerated. I didn't complain because I felt it was due to the old building structure, and I doubted staff could fix it immediately. 2. **Restaurant Experience (Yat Tung Heen)**: One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the convenience of dining at Yat Tung Heen (a Michelin-starred restaurant). However, I personally found the roast meats and dim sum to be rather ordinary. If you consider yourself a connoisseur of roast meats and Hong Kong-style dim sum, you might want to skip it. The dining environment was pleasant, though. Furthermore, we booked for Monday lunch at 11 AM, not during a busy weekend, but by 12 PM, the manager came to ask if we wanted to order anything else because 'there were other guests waiting.' This was very impolite. If a customer declines extra orders, there's no need to add that last part; they might even appreciate the offer more. This incident further solidified my impression that customer service in Hong Kong can be lacking. After his question, I felt rushed and the rest of the meal was very tense.

The most outstanding feature of this hotel is probably its ventilation system (since the hotel is relatively new, the AC and air circulation likely use two separate ducts). I originally planned to use the hotel's washing machine (laundry is $40 and drying is $40, not cheap). On the first day, I just hand-washed a pair of shorts and socks, and to my surprise, they were completely dry by the next day, hanging on the rack outside the sink! (I'm sensitive to cold, so I kept the AC at 25 degrees at night, and it only blew occasionally, so its exhaust system must be independent). I have to praise it. Shimen MTR station is very close to the hotel, and at Sam Do Restaurant next to the station, the triple-combo rice is only $38 after 7 PM. The vegetables are especially fresh and delicious, and they also have fish and shrimp! The prices are surprisingly good!

We stayed in the family room at the Hong Kong Empire Hotel with our baby this time, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations! Definitely five stars~ 🛏️ Room Facilities: The family room was spacious and decorated very warmly. Our little one excitedly rolled around on their own small bed the moment they entered! The room came with kids' slippers, a small bathrobe, and a cute toiletries set – excellent attention to detail. The bedding was comfortable, and both adults and children slept soundly. 💁 Service Attitude: From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm and attentive. The front desk specifically arranged a quiet room for us and even gave our child a welcome gift, which was incredibly thoughtful!

Every staff member presents themselves in a professional manner, they have sincere smiles and are extremely helpful, the concierge, bellboy and housekeeping staff are very polite as well. I am especially thankful to Manager Bonny for leading her team excellently. Her team members, Polly, Ken, and Anson, all have great team spirit and were very helpful with our facility requests, as well as with the special arrangements for our tour. The hotel boasts an excellent location, making travel convenient. It offers sea views, which are particularly stunning with the lights at night. There are plenty of local eateries nearby, providing a wide array of choices. Outside the hotel, there's a boardwalk where many locals jog in the mornings, and in the evenings, tourists can be found enjoying drinks in the restaurant garden. The rooms are clean, tidy, and reasonably spacious, with comfortable bedding. The lobby is luxuriously decorated and often hosts wedding events. The breakfast buffet, however, is just average with limited options. Marco provided excellent service! Recommended.

This was my third stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong, and it was the first time I've encountered a room that smelled musty. Thankfully, after speaking with them, they were able to switch me to a room with a normal scent. Pros: 1. The breakfast is indeed delicious, especially on the 1st floor, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The latte tastes great and has beautiful latte art. Dining hours are from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Guests staying in Club rooms can also choose to have breakfast on the first floor. 2. The room size is quite generous, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub. I soaked my feet for three days and it was very comfortable. 3. The view from the sea-view room is excellent, with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The Ferris wheel is not far away, and the hotel is very close to the harbor in a straight line. You can watch the dusk and sunset, and the night view is also beautiful, with the large screen of the M+ Museum visible at night. 4. Most functions are fully electric (curtains are day-night blinds). 5. All toiletries are Bellman, which is very good. 6. The TV in the room couldn't cast content from mainland video apps like Tencent or iQiyi, but the hotel sent staff to resolve it. 7. The afternoon tea and snacks at the Club Lounge are good. The snacks can practically serve as dinner. Cons: 1. The price difference can be several hundred dollars depending on when you book, so it's worth comparing. 2. The official hotel information states check-in is available at 3 PM, but we arrived a little after 3 PM and didn't get our room card until 4 PM. The reason given was a high volume of guests and the hotel being unable to process rooms in time. (This is hard to rate). 3. On the third night, we switched to a Club room, but the room card given by the front desk was still invalid. (Also hard to rate). 4. The mattress had a slight indentation in the middle, making for a somewhat tiring sleep. 5. The toilet was old-fashioned, and the hairdryer was ancient; it felt older than the hotel itself. 6. The hotel's location in Wan Chai might not be the best choice for those who highly prioritize convenient transportation. Getting around mostly relies on public buses, and the bus stops are a bit of a walk. For navigation, Google Maps is recommended as Gaode and Baidu Maps are not accurate enough. 7. During our stay, the area around the hotel was undergoing renovation and construction, requiring a detour to get to the harbor. Fortunately, Wan Chai was really quiet during the National Day holiday, making it very chill. Tips: 1. For Club rooms, you need to transfer, first going to the 30th floor. 2. Although Club rooms (including breakfast) offer complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit all day, having them delivered to your room costs extra. A glass of watermelon juice and a latte cost nearly 200 HKD. Oh well, being poor is my fault. 3. A deposit of 3000 HKD is required for a three-night stay, payable via Alipay or cash.

The hotel is super close to West Kowloon Station. Just take escalator from Austin Exit F, then turn right and walk straight for about 100 meters from Exit 2, and you're there. It's really convenient for getting around; you can even walk to Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei. Disneyland is about a 50-minute subway ride away. I was originally worried the hotel would be too old and run-down, but upon checking in, it was much better than I expected. Even though it's old, the room is spacious! That's a rare find in space-constrained Hong Kong. The hotel doesn't provide drinking water, so you'll need to boil your own or buy it from the 7-Eleven downstairs. Only disposable slippers are provided, so bring your own toiletries. There are also plenty of great food options near the hotel downstairs; the wonton noodles were amazing!

We booked the quadruple room for 3 of us, room was small with us getting into each other's way quite often. There is also no space to put luggages (we had 2 medium ones) except the window ledge which was lined up against the beds. There were mirrors reflecting each other everywhere in the room, including a mirror in the middle of the room where there was a divider for the tv (seen covered with a towel in the photo). Also there were 3 large mirrors in the bathroom, the only wall with no mirror was the door.  It is branded as an eco hotel, there is no water provided in the room, except an empty water bottle which you can fill up at designated floors in the hotel. The 2 lifts were super busy and was crowded alot of the times when we took it. Note there was also no hand soap in the bathroom. I thought it may have been missed out so I asked at the front desk and was told they don't provide any handsoap. So I asked for another bottle of shower gel to be placed at the sink, and was given a Johnson and Johnson baby shower gel. The only good thing was - slippers provided were good and anti-slip. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were from Elemis.  All in all, will not be staying here again. The abundance of mirror was creepy.
