What's included
1. Rent = daily unit price * number of travel days * number of units. The number of travel days is calculated from the day of departure (pickup date) to the day of return (return date). Overtime rent = HK$10 * number of units * number of overtime days
2. Deposit (cash, transfer, Payme and credit card can be paid) [Deposit instructions] Credit card deposits can only be paid at airport counters: the deposit is $500/unit, and no deduction will be made if the pre-authorization is frozen. The bank will cancel the pre-authorization within 30 working days; cash , bank transfer and Payme will be refunded immediately when returning the machine. If the main body of the machine is lost, the entire deposit will be deducted, and if some parts are lost, the corresponding fees will be deducted according to the counter standard.
3. If you need to renew the lease after picking up the phone, please call customer service before 16:00 one day before the original return date, and the customer service will confirm and arrange the renewal for you. If you do not return the phone on time, you will not be able to apply for renewal. If the phone is not returned on time, you will be charged. Overdue rent will be charged at HK$10/day.
4. The device includes: Pocket WiFi mobile Internet device, plug, USB data cable, and protective case.
Deposit
A deposit of 500HKD per device(s) is required for on-site payment using credit/debit card and will be refunded upon return according to the method of your original payment.
How to use
Get a WiFi egg
 
You can collect it on the day of departure or after 8 pm the day before (at the airport). Please prepare your order number or confirm the details to make it easier and more convenient to collect it.
 
Before departure, please make sure that the device is fully charged and the mobile phone data roaming function is completely turned off.
 
You only need to activate the WiFi device after arriving at your destination, select the SSID displayed on the back of the case and enter the password, and you can enjoy the Internet connection.
 
Return WiFi egg
 
Customers only need to return the rental equipment to the airport on the day of return to Hong Kong

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

• The device contains a lithium battery, please carry it with you when taking a plane and cannot check it in checked baggage.

• If the item is not returned on time, the rent for the extended days will be charged at the counter price.

• If you are unable to return the device on time due to force majeure factors such as flight delays/cancellations, please call Trip.com.
