Regal Kowloon Hotel

Located 200 meters from Victoria Harbour. No one answered the service phone. The room facilities are quite old, and the price on Ctrip is a bit high.

The Regal Kowloon Hotel boasts an excellent location near Tsim Sha Tsui East Station and is very close to the Hong Kong Coliseum, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the staff are warm and courteous. Check-in was efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Hong Kong for a concert.

Great location, just a five-minute walk to Victoria Harbour. It's also not far from Harbour City and K11, with plenty of good food options nearby. You can order takeout, and there's a convenience store downstairs. The room facilities are a bit old and average. I had to change rooms three times in three days: the first one had a broken AC, the second was too small, and the third one was decent and even had a partial sea view. The front desk staff were polite and didn't show any discrimination.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a quieter area of Tsim Sha Tsui East with less foot and vehicle traffic, unlike the more crowded popular areas in Kowloon. It's about a five to six-minute walk to Exit P of Tsim Sha Tsui East Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it suitable for guests who prefer a peaceful stay. The downside is the large number of guests on weekends. When we arrived around 4 PM, there were several long queues at the front desk, and checking in took a considerable amount of time. The hotel elevators also sometimes had long waits, so the experience during peak hours was just average. Since the hotel is over forty years old, the hardware and decor naturally can't compare to newer hotels in mainland China. Although we were upgraded to a larger family room with two beds approximately 1.5 meters wide, the overall impression is still a bit dated. It would be more objective to appropriately lower expectations regarding the newness of the facilities before checking in.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk across a skybridge to Victoria Harbour, and it's also very close to the MTR station. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactively asked about our needs, even offering suggestions for our travel itinerary.

I'm not someone with overly exaggerated demands for a hotel... as long as there are no bugs or crumbs, and it's not super dirty, I'm fine with it. This time I booked a premium room, and when I checked in, the front desk said it wasn't available and upgraded me to a deluxe room. But when I got to the room with the key card, it felt no different from a premium room, or rather, it *was* a premium room... I don't understand. The bathroom and everything else were okay, though the bathtub mat was indeed a bit dirty. The facilities are quite old, as it's an older hotel. This time I was there for a concert, and both rooms next to me were occupied mostly by young women. It was very quiet at night; everyone was well-behaved and civilized. The window was sealed shut, but when I drew back the curtains, I could see the sea, which was pretty nice. I slept quite well.

Really liked it, highly recommend! The location is great, convenient for getting around. The service attitude was also good. The overall cleanliness looked clean and tidy. I still highly recommend it. The room space was also very large.
