Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

The hotel is really very nice, but there were major problems with the staff. We were greeted by a woman at reception who didn't even look at us on the evening of our arrival.
