GGuest UserExtremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

GGuest UserCtrip is a little pit This hotel is too far away from Yellowstone Park, obviously 58 miles, but the display is only 19 kilometers, the gap is too big! If you go to Huangshi Park, this hotel is too far away

ZZHIFANGWe ordered one day in advance without meals, the price is more than 2,000, a little expensive, about 1 km away from Antler Park in Jackson Town, if time is available, it is recommended to live in a small town far away from the scenic area or back to Salt Lake City.

GGuest UserThe hotel is really very nice, but there were major problems with the staff. We were greeted by a woman at reception who didn't even look at us on the evening of our arrival. The woman at breakfast practically threw the cutlery at us without even saying hello, and to top it all off, our room wasn't cleaned for four days (it should have been cleaned on Saturday and Monday...). Only the gentleman at reception in the evening was pleasant and helpful.

PPINGJINGYUEThere is a parking lot, the room setting is very American, the bathroom is big enough, it is suitable for a small basin friend accommodation. The hotel is in the small town of Jackson. The town itself is very small. There are Chinese restaurants nearby, all in the supermarket. It is not easy to find.

Next time, remember to ask for a room close to the swimming pool. Self-driving parking is at the door of the room, the waiter is responsive, warm and thoughtful!
