GGuest UserThe hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

CCafellaThis trip, I wanted to escape the city noise and find somewhere peaceful — somewhere close to nature but still comfortable. And that’s how I ended up at AutoCamp Zion, just about a 20-minute drive from Zion National Park in Utah. Let me tell you, this is not your average campsite. It’s glamping — glamorous camping at its best! ✨ Everything is beautifully designed and incredibly cozy, from the plush bed and private bathroom to the soft lighting and stylish décor that make you feel like you’re in a boutique resort surrounded by red rocks. I stayed in one of their signature Airstream Suites, those shiny aluminum trailers that have become AutoCamp’s trademark. When I first stepped inside, I was honestly impressed — it’s minimalist, modern, and warm at the same time. The big window opens up to a stunning view of Utah’s red mountains — a sight that instantly makes you slow down and breathe. The highlight? Nighttime. 🌌 Each suite comes with its own fire pit. My friend and I sat outside roasting marshmallows, sipping wine, and watching the stars slowly fill the sky. It was quiet, magical, and so peaceful — the kind of night you wish could last forever. In the morning, we walked to the cozy lobby café, where they offer coffee, granola, and yogurt — simple but perfect. The whole space feels like a little community of travelers who love nature and good design. If you’ve been dreaming about reconnecting with nature without sacrificing comfort, AutoCamp Zion is the perfect place. 🌿 It’s peaceful, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel grounded, inspired, and completely at ease.

GGuest UserPleasantly surprised at how nice everything was at the hotel. Checking was quick and friendly. I was given a delicious chocolate chip and walnut cookie after checking in. My room was quiet, clean, large, with a very comfortable queen bed, and a nice easy chair. Their airport shuttle also was available at 4 am, when I needed it. I will definitely stay again when I need to stay overnight near the airport.

ZZIJIEIn the salt lake city area, the hotel is more cost-effective and suitable for business travelers. Parking is convenient and there are many choices at the nearby gas station. However, salt lake city is really a very clean place.

GGuest UserAll the staff we met were very nice and at least tried to help - some newness showed as not everyone was fully trained or new answers to fairly basic questions. We knew the resort was still under construction and that there would be noise from time to time but what we didnt expect was routine dynamite explosions directly across the street from our room. Thankfully that ended early in the day so didnt disrupt sleep. The most important letdown was NO WHERE on the website or any communication we received did they inform us that the pool and hot tub are closed! The sad thing is the only reason we were given was its due to a railing needing repaired - all the pool chairs and everything are set up and ready to go. Publish this on your website so people are aware!!

YYujianjianghuThere is nothing to complain about the hygiene. I stayed for one night. I didn't see any cleaning, but the room was not dirty, just a little old. The environment is really average. I walked around the hotel and didn't see a convenience store. There are some closed shops waiting for rent nearby. I couldn't buy a few bottles of water. I can only go to Spencer downstairs for meals, but the shrimp here is very delicious and fresh. The service is basically normal, there is nothing particularly good or bad. The facilities are really average. There are no slippers. The air conditioner in the room is upright against the wall. If it is turned on, the sound is at least 50 decibels, so it can only be turned off at night. To be honest, if Hilton Hotel had known this earlier, I would have booked other brands. Every Hilton does not provide free water. A bottle costs three dollars, just the kind of water that costs about one dollar and thirty dollars outside.

GGuest UserMy stay at this hotel was exceptional! The level of cleanliness was outstanding—every corner of the room and common areas was spotless, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is housed in a beautiful, high-class building with elegant design and modern amenities, truly exuding luxury. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was a place that values quality. Highly recommended for those who appreciate upscale accommodations!

It’s really close when you come out from Arches Park. It’s suitable for staying in the Arch at night after watching the stars. In fact, the mob is very small and it’s very close to the town. There are few people here in winter, but it is beautiful. I like here.

XXIALINThe room was very clean and big enough for two people. I stayed in several hotels in the western United States at this price and the breakfasts were similar and OK. Cedar City is relatively quiet and the whole experience is really good.
