This hotel was spot on. The location gave me access to everything within the city! My room was spotless and the staff was excellent! Kudos!

STAFF are super kind. They are always ready to help: reception desktop staff, restaurant staff,and bell-boys : a big thanks to them for their works and their service.

There were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though.

The location is excellent, it is very convenient in the city centre, shopping and eating around. Hotel facilities are new, very clean and upscale, the service is friendly, the phone is hot and so on.

Guest servixes guy was rude, for a high end hotel and everything cost more including wifi i think is pretty silly

Going to Weir to see the snow, chose this relatively cost-effective hotel, we chose a loft room, upstairs bedroom bathroom, the living room on the first floor has a fireplace, eat hot pot, and watch the snow outside is very warm. This place belongs to Westwell, a short distance from the center of Weir. There are many people skiing in the snow season, there is a Chinese restaurant next to it, Taiwanese opened, and the proprietress is very enthusiastic.

Amazing stay and such a good value! Super clean rooms, amazing front desk service, and had all the amenities we could need. Pool was beautiful and water was very warm.

Great location and beautiful hotel. Bathroom and shower are run down (shower door doesn't close completely, fixtures are cheap). Front desk was friendly but didn't provide much info or detail about hotel, amenities, where to not park or even room location. Restaurant is convenient, but food not great and service is slow. Not sure we'd stay again except for location is very walkable.

It was my first time in Denver, and staying at the Hyatt Regency made my visit very pleasant. The staff is very kind and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I'd definitely book there without hesitation.
