Super hotel! We stayed with a small child (2 years old), we definitely recommend it 👍🏻 Breakfasts (buffet) are very tasty and nutritious. The staff is very attentive and polite, at the first request they provided a playpen, a potty, a stand for the sink. The location is great, in the heart of Kaliningrad 👍🏻🤗

A wonderful hotel in the city center. Paid parking available in the shopping mall. 24-hour front desk. Clean and comfortable room. All toiletries provided. Comfortable beds. Hot and cold water always available. We had a room with a view of the temple, which was magical. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, staff is great! It is a little unclear what with the ventilation in the bathroom was, but we were not critical (the opening of the fort). Very delicious breakfasts, eggs and becons are wonderful. Only fresh baking is missing (which was - not particularly, biscuits some). Tea, water and refrigerator in 👍

Deficiencies During my entire stay, I did not change the set with toothbrush/paste, bottled water was not provided either (on the day of settlement only). On the bed the sub-foot with a large yellow spot, covered with the plaque, such is better to throw out. The cleaning is incomplete, the garbage was removed once.

Отличные апартаменты. Очень удобно расположены, если будете брать авто в аренду, все пробки в центре города! В номерах все есть для нормальной жизни. У нас был улучшенный номер, фактически спальня и кухня студия во второй комнате. Завтракали в номере, частенько и ужинали тоже. Готовили все на месте. Через дорогу от гостиницы супермаркет, еще один, чуть больше - метров в 300. Прямо на выходе/выезде из отеля находится автобусная остановка, можете в центр ездить автобусом, три разных маршрута. Из минусов - на кровати оч тонкий матрасик, от этого кровать и ниже и жосче, подушки тоже не очень удобные, твердые, как будто какими то тряпками набиты. Ну и смена полотенец и белья только раз в три дня, хотя уборка в номере каждый день. Да, в номере нет кондиционера, только вентилятор ветродуй. Да еще, во дворе зона для посиделок, барбекю шашлык пожарить можно. Еще есть сауна, но мы там не были. В общем и целом 4,9 из 5 баллов этим апартаментам!

Отель супер! Очень аутентично, красивые номера, чувствуется история, тишина, большая зеленая ухоженная территория , рядом в 500 метрах замок Нессельберг, завтраки шикарные, в номере все продумано до мелочей, обязательно вернемся!

The hotel is well located in the city center, 200 meters away is a large shopping mall, there are two restaurants downstairs, the food is delicious, the hotel is very clean and well equipped, the staff is very good, very recommended
