The suite was truly amazing, the bed and room was very comfortable and met our expectations. The hotel workers were kind and helpful. There was a few restaurants/cafes close by, and a convenience store in the first floor of lobby and another just 50 meters away. We didn’t know the pool had different times when you can swim and only use one time, as well as need for swimming cap. I wish there was time at the pool were it would be only adults. Since when we wanted to go it was just to many children, which made us just go and not swim..
overall the room was awesome and close to airport, but really wish they had some adult only times at the pool!
This is my second visit, having visited 4-5 years ago.
The sofas are spacious and the tables are long, so it's difficult to eat face-to-face, but it's nice to have a place to spread out your food and eat.
The TV isn't huge, but I was able to connect a separate device to watch Netflix and YouTube, in addition to Tving.
The breakfast here is so good value that I don't have to buy anything out, and I enjoy a comfortable meal here.
Oh, and the staff are always friendly.
We stayed here for a business trip. It's very close to the Seoul outlets, which makes shopping super convenient. The only downside is that the dining options nearby aren't great. We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM, and the only place still open was the fried chicken restaurant run by the hotel on the first floor. Everyone there was Chinese, too.
This was my second stay at this hotel for a business trip within a month and a half. Since it's a new property, the overall environment is very bright, though it might not be ideal for those sensitive to formaldehyde, as some rooms still have a strong smell. This time, the bathroom in my room looked fine on the surface, but the water drained incredibly slowly, forcing me to leave the door open while showering. I reported it to the front desk, but the issue wasn't resolved by the next evening, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the hotel only offers a simple Western breakfast, which might get boring quickly for guests staying for an extended period. However, the rooms are equipped with a washing machine and a cooking hob, making it very suitable for long-term business travelers.
Personally like it because it’s very clean, and they provide free parking. The only downside is that I never expect the traffic can be this bad, from hotel to gangnam takes about an hour, for 20km journey! Nonetheless, I’d stay back this hotel in future.
I had a great time here. The location was good but our room was on the construction side so it was a bit loud in the morning. The staff were friendly and nice. There's a convenience store on the first floor as well.
There's no restaurant, and in the morning, it's just a cream bread, an Americano, a small pack, and a tasteless super-grade juice. People who can't drink Americano have no sugar or milk, so you have to walk out for more than 5 minutes and buy it at a convenience store. There is no scenery like a picture.
I stayed in a duplex room (premium loft) for 3 days during the ***** New Year holiday. I used the 1st floor Kids Jam experience learning twice and the 2nd floor Tnitni free time once in addition to breakfast for both days. I think there is no better hotel for families with children from 4 years old to elementary school students. It is close to Seoul, the price is reasonable, the breakfast and dinner menus are delicious, and most of all, there are many places for children to play. There are various restaurants, Starbucks R, and Terrarosa nearby, so it was good for a quick trip.
This hotel is incredibly comfortable, and the front desk staff are always so cheerful. The room layout is very tidy, and the bathroom and toilet are exceptionally clean. I was able to enjoy a relaxing hot bath there. Honestly, it felt just like being at home. It completely washed away any unpleasant experiences I had at other hotels in Seoul. A special thanks to the male staff member named Han at the front desk, who also helped me send a package. In summary: a first-class hotel with top-notch, warm service. I also think the air conditioning system in the room was by far the best I encountered during my two-week trip in Korea; it maintained a perfectly consistent temperature, unlike some places where it fluctuated, and the room never felt stuffy. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if they could provide slippers or bathrobes for children.

Very Good
WWangxinWe stayed here for a business trip. It's very close to the Seoul outlets, which makes shopping super convenient. The only downside is that the dining options nearby aren't great. LLiangouni93The hotel is surrounded by plenty of dining options, which is incredibly convenient. The area really comes alive at night. While the room size is a bit on the smaller side, the facilities are brand new and everything is spotless. Plus, on the second floor, you can do some light cooking, and there are small meeting rooms, a gym, and a laundry room available. I'd definitely recommend staying here for business trips.
벤벤트리Recently, I had a minor disagreement due to some less-than-ideal service, but the staff's handling of the full parking lot here was the epitome of kindness. If everyone were as accommodating as the folks here, this would definitely be my go-to hotel in Dongtan. I look forward to seeing you again frequently. Thank you so much! Wishing you good fortune.
GGuest UserExcellent, excellent, excellent! It's so fancy, I think it's good. I'm mainly here to leave a review, but I'm not sure what to say. What should I say? I haven't actually stayed at the hotel myself; I just booked it for someone else. How many points can I get at most? How much do I need to type?
GGuest UserOur stay was perfect. Our room was clean , the buffet was delicious and so many options to choose from. We chose this location as it was very close to a shuttle for Caribbean Bay and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. My son loved the kids playroom and the bunk bed in our room. We will definitely be coming back in the fall.
AAnonymous UserIf you like „industrial chic“ style, this hotel is for you. Tall rooms, felt very airy. Stayed in 27th floor (top floor) and the view was quite nice.
Besides that; newish 4* hotel with all the perks you get in Korea (no amenities besides soap/conditioner by law), the bed was comfortable, nice small sofa/table, lot of storage space (really liked that), and a great no-frills shower (not a rainshower, just steady temperature and strong pressure)
The pool is also awesome, as it works both as an outdoor version (first day was 27C warm so it was fully open) and second day it was raining at 14C, and the pool was fully indoor. Really well designed, loved to swim in both conditions.
Transportation is convenient, for the cheap metro you have to check the timetables as it drives only about once an hour, but high speed trains are available too and bring you to downtown Seoul in about 15min for not that much more money. Metro is convenient if you go to other locations rather than Seoul city centre.
Direct airport limousine bus available too, for 16k Won. If you are 3 people or more, can be cheaper to hire a taxi/van.
Last but not least, there are a lot of restaurants just around the hotel, and the whole area is more lively than what you might think. From breakfast till 3am late night food/drinks, there is everything.
So overall, I really liked the place and will stay again here
许许娃娃I had a very pleasant stay at CS Premier Hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The lobby and public areas were well-maintained, giving a clean and comfortable atmosphere as soon as I arrived.
My room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night — it felt peaceful and relaxing after a long day of travel. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room tidy throughout my stay.
The location : with many local restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It’s also easy to reach by public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area.
Overall, CS Premier Hotel is a comfortable and well-managed place that provides great value for money. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again on my next visit.
CChewYSIt was very good impression as my 1st times visiting in Korea because the hotel staffs were incredible friendly and helpful. However this is very difficult to get taxi as industry area. Overall is good for me and the hotel is valueable to stay.
GGuest UserSince it was a winter trip, I requested heating in advance, but it wasn't heated in advance, so it was a bit cold.
And since there's no floor heating, it doesn't seem like a good idea to use it in the winter.
Other than that, the facilities were clean and the view was good, so it would have been better if I went in the summer.
GGuest User1. The cleanliness was excellent; housekeeping was prompt and thorough, leaving every corner neat and tidy.
2. The hotel offers a full range of facilities, including a well-equipped restaurant and gym, and the staff provides meticulous service, making guests feel very comfortable.
3. This hotel really stands out within a few kilometers of its surroundings. Its elevated position offers exceptionally broad views.
