Hotel Marinabay Korea(Ara)

you need to pre buy breakfast. the food quality is terrible. i requested for refund for the next day. the restaurant manager was rude & mocking to me. I told him the food quality was terrible. he relied. " its only 20,000 krw, very cheap food, you should not complain". what a horrible response. scrambled eggs was the size of cirnflakes and cold. bread was terrible. porridge was rice with warm water. it was the worst breakfast!!!

I think the current rating of 8.0/10 is totally underrated!!! For the price it offers great value to the level of a 4-star hotel. In Tokyo, for example , a similar wide room would cost at least double. Modern and clean room, amazing sunrise with marina view. Costs 9000 KRW in the morning and 13000 KRW in the evening to/from Gimpo airport, and just 15 min away. I would definitely stay again if I have a layover in Seoul

Call and ask for their free shuttle from the airport. Two companies shared rooms in the hotel for their customers and individual companies have their own shuttles at different locations and different pick up time. Also, limited amenities offered by this hotel.

Horrible hotel. No amenities. Rude staff. Dirty room with markings all over the walls. The elevators did not work. They had advertisements for a free shuttle to the airport but refused me because I am non-Korean. Do not stay here and I will be asking for my money back.

you need to pay for the indoor pool and the breakfast . you can use the pool once. it costs 45000 won . the breakfast is additional 19.000 won.

You get what you pay for. Stay away from this hotel. Simply too many people staying for the tiny little space. It took me more than 20mins when I need to just get into an elevator to go to my room. There were more than 20 people waiting for an elevator each time. Nonsense.

We stayed here over the long weekend and we commuted into Seoul. We took a taxi to the nearest station and it was easy to get to from Gimpo Airport. We were unaware of the fact you had to pay extra to use the pool so we couldn't use it. The bed was clean, shower was was hot and the room was clean. The carpet in the room was a little outdated and I wished they used tiles or something like that, however it was a nice stay for 2 nights.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
