Excellent all around! We asked for a room with a Riverview and away from the elevator which sometimes could be noisy. They accommodated us. We had a beautiful Riverview up on the 12th floor. The breakfast was excellent, and it was a good area location. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the JR station, with souvenir shops and a 7-Eleven downstairs for easy restocking. It's also super close to Onomichi Shopping Street, just a short walk across the road. The overall decor is modern and fresh, with high ceilings and large windows that let the sunlight spill onto the tatami seating area. Enjoying snacks there definitely gives off a very relaxed, vacation vibe. The room itself is very spacious, and the bed has just the right firmness. They even provide two pillows of different firmness for you to choose from. There are private onsen baths available for a fee. I didn't try the breakfast.

The hotel is near a train station which makes travelling convenient! The staff is also very friendly and can communicate in English. The room is spacious, although it doesn’t have much of a view but it’s not big of an issue for us. The reception is on the third floor and there’s a separate elevator to go up to the guest rooms. It was a comfortable stay

The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often.

This was my second stay at The Next Hotel. They have two locations in Hiroshima, and I've stayed at both. I definitely prefer this one over the one closer to the city center. The service here is excellent, and the staff are really friendly. They even provide a BALMUDA pour-over kettle, which shows they really put thought into their amenities. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast because I overslept. Overall, it's a really great hotel.

Facilities: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new. You can check in by yourself, but it would be better with guidance from the front desk staff. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: It's located at the North Exit of Hiroshima JR Station, a 5-minute walk after crossing the pedestrian bridge. There's a Lawson and 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very convenient. Service: Classic Japanese service, very attentive, and they even helped me sign for a package, which was a huge help.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for two days. We arrived an hour early, but were told check-in was after 2:00 PM. We left our bags and went exploring the neighborhood! The location is great, with a huge supermarket nearby where you can buy anything. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any questions. The room was large, clean, and spacious, with standard welcome amenities provided. On the ground floor, opposite the reception, there are additional sets available with absolutely everything you could wish for (cotton swabs, nail file, sponges, razor, body cream, shower cap, comb, extra toothbrushes, shoe polishing mitt, hair mask, bath salts, etc.). We booked a room with breakfast. There was a wide variety, but it was all geared towards Asian cuisine, so it was quite challenging for us to find suitable dishes. However, these are minor details; you definitely won't go hungry. On the 3rd floor, there's a smoking area, and right there you'll also find a vending machine with drinks, a water cooler, ice, and a microwave, which is very convenient. Special shout-out for the Welcome drink! This is the best feature I've ever encountered in hotels! From 2 PM to 11 PM, there are unlimited hot and cold beverages in the dining area (various juice flavors, Pepsi, soda, tea, coffee, matcha, and especially delicious cocoa). Overall, we were incredibly happy with our choice of such a wonderful hotel! I highly recommend it to everyone! The best hotel!

Located in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located a bit further from the city center than what I imagined. Overall the stay was great, the room is spacious, a bit old… The breakfast was very busy (had to wait 5 min before going in), the breakfast buffet has therefore a large variety of choices. No hot chocolate though… Staff is great ! There is even complimentary drinks and cookies available. I would recommend for 1 night only

I had a very pleasant stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were neat, tidy, and had everything I needed. The staff were polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hiroshima. I would definitely stay here again!
