4-Star Hotels in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan

Came back to this place a second time. Breakfast was outstanding. We had a river view room which was on the 15th floor - spectacular view. We were fortunate and got a double (maybe slightly larger - almost a queen sized) bed. The room was not huge but it was big enough, we weren't cramped. The only real downside is there is no onsen or swimming pool.The staff are friendly and helpful. We would come back again.

Getting here from Hiroshima Station is very convenient. A taxi ride is only about 1300 yen, so for three people with luggage, I'd definitely recommend taking one. The room facilities were decent, and the service was very welcoming. Breakfast is served on the 25th floor and offers a fantastic view. They also have daily activities, but I didn't get around to joining any.

Amazing location, friendly and accommodating staff, spacious room, proper drip coffee in the room with Balmuda kettle. The only downside is they only have 2 washing machines for the entire hotel.

A great hotel in a great location. From the station to the hotel we just hopped on a no.1 tram which stopped just round the corner from the hotel and only cost 240Y per person. We quickly found the check in on the 14th floor. We were warmly welcomed and given tokens to buy a drink, so gin & tonic & beer on the rooftop it was. Lovely! Our room was a reasonable size, although no shelves for clothing, but did have a seated area so you could sit comfortably. The food here was fabulous for breakfast and dinner - More Than on the ground level. The staff there were excellent. Nice to be able to choose to eat outside watching the world go by. Check out was simple, just drop your key in a box in the lift. Highly recommend this hotel.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel's price is very reasonable, especially for families with two children who often struggle to find suitable rooms and prices. Most hotel systems would split you into two rooms (one adult, one child), but here, you get a 30 sqm room with two beds, accommodating two adults and two children at a fair price. If you book early, breakfast for two is even included. Every day from 3 PM to 9 PM, there are free drinks and cookies in the lobby for guests to relax and enjoy. You can even try 'Little Boy,' a lactic acid drink that's a Hiroshima specialty. The hotel is right by Nagarekawa Street, and it's not far to Hon-dori shopping street, making it super convenient for dining, drinking, and entertainment. The downside is its distance from public transportation. It's a few hundred meters walk to the tram, and getting to the JR station requires either a taxi or a bus from outside the hotel. A taxi to the JR station is about 1000 JPY, which isn't too bad. For city attractions like the Peace Memorial Park and museums, you can either walk or take a taxi directly. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but everything else is fine. So, even though you have to take a taxi to the JR station every day, the room rate is low enough that it still works out to be a good deal.

Very pleased with our stay here: nice room, larger than most, with a little desk/work area and a massage chair. Great shower, tub, toilet, sink combination room. Easy location to station; dining choices at the station are many, many. Hail taxi at station is easier than from hotel. Exercise room was big and beautiful but had treadmill, elliptical and a floor mat and that's all. They really need to add Swiss ball, a step-aerobics step (or two), a small rack of free weights and a couple benches, and a cable tower with attachments. Would be an exemplary fitness center! I am glad we stayed here, would stay again and would recommend to others. Did not use restaurant.

First, the positives: the twin room was spacious, and the separate toilet and shower were a definite plus. The mattress firmness was just right, and the window could be opened slightly for ventilation. The front desk was very quick to resolve any issues. A bus stop is conveniently located near the hotel entrance, and there's a 7-Eleven next door. A large supermarket is also just a 3-minute walk away. Now for the downsides: the hotel is about three bus stops from Hiroshima JR Station, which is quite a long walk, so I wouldn't recommend it. The nearest tram stop is also about a 10-minute walk away. The room's floorboards seemed a bit thin, as there was occasional noise. The indoor ventilation and the refrigerator also generated quite a bit of noise when running. The washbasin was small and not deep enough. Overall, despite these minor flaws, it's still a very good value for money.

Located in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!

This property far exceeded my expections. I give much credit to the exceptional service provided by the Front desk team and housekeeping. They have been well trained and follow-up, as and when required. It is one of those few properties which I have experienced, as a global traveller, where it was difficult to leave. As foreign guests are also using the hotel, I would recommend basic English classes be provided to help in the delivery of the service. Thank you.

The surroundings are quite convenient, and the room size is decent by Japanese standards. There are many complimentary services offered at various times. The large public bath is also very nice. There's a washing machine and dryer for 500 yen.
