4-Star Hotels in West Java, Indonesia

I recommend this hotel for family trip, kids friendly, there is outdoor kids playground, indoor game play room. Food is Good, View from Room nice, all items is good.

Great location with good food around. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. We had a room in which the aircon fan was making a lot of noise on the first night. We told the staff and they changed our room.

Our room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.

The service was great and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The view was amazing, right in front of the mall, just a bridge away. Definitely coming back here again, awesome!👍👍

The hotel location is quite strategic, near Yogya Junction and Grage Mall and it has free shuttle to and from train station! The service is great and the food quite tasty while the vegetables and fruits are always fresh everyday.

Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.  Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly. -Room is clean and it has a decent vibe -I got a work emergency and I needed a bit more time in the room. The receptions granted me free late checkout. -Breakfast is abundant but some dishes could be too greasy. -The hotel is attached to a mall. Shopping and dining out are super easy.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

The room was nice and clean and the Mountain View from balcony was great. The staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Located at strategic location.Easy access to anywhere. Spacious room and clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast provided. Will stay again in future.
