Not good quality , the carpet is dark and looks very dirty . 2. The room donot have any furniture except bed and table , chair and almirah .The Furnitures are not well cleaned as you expect . 3. The hotel donot feel clean and hygienic to stay . 4. The bathroom donor have curtains or door to separate bathing and toilet area . 5. They give only 2 bottle water free of cost for drinking . Lobby : 1. Very pungent type smell is present feels like sweat and dirty . Overall u would give just 3 star , you can prefer only if you donot get a better price hotel . I booked as it was last moment booking .

The interior and the room is so beautiful, large and has the perfect vibe for feeling luxury, the bathroom supplements, favilities provided and cleanliness is good too. The most impressive thing was we booked for three people each room and a third foldable bed was ready from their end. Thank you.

Hotel location is excellent, close to airport and right beside Magneto mall. Staff and service are great, no complaints there. Rooms and furnishings are good. Improvements have been made to partition out the bathrooms, which is commendable.

Higher indian class, car parking possible for free, large room, hot water

Good experience. Courtyard has its own brand value due to its service.

The room was perfectly organized and everything was perfectly ok enjoyed the stay comfortably and the room service was also excellent

Very good hotel, you have to write 42 characters to get points, I kind of forgot the look of the hotel, hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Sagar international has been one of the best hotels in durga for ages now, the highlight being it's walking distance from the railway station. The hotel infrastructure is like any 4 star hotel and staff in general is good. However there are a lot of things you will need to take note off: 1) room category and pricing: we took a penthouse room looking at the size of 400 sq feet and pics. However, the room category doesn't exist! the room provided was a galaxy room which was almost half the size and definitely not the one in pics. I paid for the room whereas the hotel reception's rate card for a galaxy room was with a 24 hours checkin/ checkout model. The reception staff never agreed to this though. Hence, as a suggestion, look at multiple rooms across categories and then choose your room. Also, check the ac functioning before hand. 2) the breakfast included is very basic. Don't expect much. 3) the room service food is fast but very passable. Order room service only if you need to. You will get far better food nearby or through zomato at half the price. We did a late checkout for an additional amount which was quite ok.
