4-Star Hotels in Xinjiang, China

This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities. The housekeeping was thorough. The front desk service was fantastic and friendly. The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was extensive. There are many great restaurants near the hotel, and it's about a kilometer's walk to Kashgar Old City. A truly wonderful hotel. They allowed me to check in early at 10:00 AM (subject to availability), which was great since I arrived on an early flight.

Arriving late at night in winter and being able to go straight to the hotel from the airport without stepping outside was incredibly convenient. It saved us from having to pack an extra set of clothes (which for a family of four is a lot! 😂). The other facilities were also great, meeting both the price and our expectations. A pleasant surprise was the wide variety of delivery food available, and the taste was super good! I'll definitely keep choosing this place in the future. Here's a tip: If you've got a car parked at the hotel, don't be shy – just drive slowly towards the main gate and it will open automatically. 😂 One thing to note is that the underfloor heating is incredibly warm, very warm... Even among all the places we stayed during our two-week trip with central heating, theirs was the hottest. This made the air really dry. The humidifier provided was quite mini, so I'd suggest upgrading it. For someone from the south, this kind of dry heat is really hard to get used to. 😂 Lacking self-help solutions for this only adds to the hassle for both guests and staff. I truly hope the tourism industry in Xinjiang continues to thrive!

Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! 🎉 The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities.

We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours.

For those visiting Urumqi, I highly recommend the Meilun Hotel near the High-Speed ​​Railway Station! The location is incredibly convenient, just 2 kilometers from the station, and they offer free pick-up and drop-off service, making travel hassle-free. The hotel service is exceptionally attentive; the front desk staff are warm and welcoming, responding quickly to any needs. Cleanliness is impeccable, with spotless bedding and bathroom fixtures, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. The late-night snacks are a delightful surprise—enjoying delicious food late at night is so comforting. As a hotel under the Huazhu Group, its quality is consistently high, making it a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers!

The ladies at the front desk of the Galaxy Hotel are very warm. The room is quite big, the ventilation is very clean and tidy, there is no smell, the location is very good, the bus subway station is nearby, the hot water is sufficient, very comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, the speed is fast, the check-in experience is very good, the bedding is also very new, sleep very comfortable, Relative to the surrounding budget hotels, the price is quite high

Facilities: This place has plenty of washing machines and dryers, so you barely have to wait. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hairdryer model and color are exactly like mine at home, which gave me a homey feeling. Cleanliness: Home Inn Plus maintains a really good standard of hygiene. Environment: My room was on the third floor, very close to the gym, laundry room, and restaurant. Parking is convenient, making it ideal for road trippers. Service: Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very enthusiastic and welcoming. Food: The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I also really liked the coffee beans! Overall, it was a great stay. Not only will I choose this place again next time, but I'll also recommend it to my friends!

This hotel is the first choice for business trips! The location is convenient and very close to the office. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable to sleep, and the office facilities were complete. The service staff is very good, check-in and check-out are very fast. High cost performance, recommended!

Everything about this stay was good. I generally stick to Hilton among the major hotel brands because I find them quite reliable, and this particular property was no exception. However, there's one major flaw: they only have two washing machines. For a large hotel with hundreds of rooms, this is completely inadequate. Most other hotels I've stayed at typically offer four! As a result, you often have to wait in line to do your laundry.
