Longlidiansi。The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Narati, which is a big plus! The hotel itself is large with a spacious lobby, but its size also means it can be a bit confusing to navigate. It could use more staff. Breakfast was decent; there was a good variety, but the taste was just okay. As for facilities, I particularly want to mention the laundry room. It really needs an update. I had to search for it, finding it in an adjacent building and quite tucked away. In the end, I couldn't iron my clothes due to insufficient facilities and had to go back. The room is a bit old-fashioned but fully equipped, giving off vibes of hotels from a decade ago during an economic boom. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I'm deducting points because I found a centipede-like insect in the room just before check-out (perhaps due to the excellent natural environment?).

Guest UserThis is, without a doubt, the best value-for-money hotel in Taxkorgan. I stayed here twice last year, and each time, the front desk lady upgraded me to an oxygen-enriched room before check-in, which I really appreciated. This time, I recommended the hotel to a friend, and they were very happy, jokingly saying they'd send me a banner of appreciation. Even though I wasn't there myself, the front desk lady still proactively contacted me to upgrade my friend's room, which was truly touching. I don't know her name since I wasn't there, but it's okay, I'll go back at the end of September to thank her in person. Also, the breakfast is excellent, with both Western and Chinese options, so you don't have to queue up on the street for food. During peak tourist season, there are many similar hotels, but besides the hardware, what really satisfies guests is the service. The service at Meihua is simply outstanding, absolutely first-class. It's a hotel definitely worth staying at, highly recommended!

Guest UserThe hotel is very close to the Kalajun entrance, about a 5-kilometer drive. Follow the navigation; the gravel road is narrow but don't hesitate. The moment you see the room, all your fatigue will melt away. The shower room and separate wet/dry bathroom are clean and hygienic, completely free from the inconveniences of staying in a tent camp. Lying on the bed, pull open the 360-degree curtains, and the surrounding scenery fills your view. Open the electric curtain on the dome, and you can see the sky. If you still have energy, before sunset, go for a one or two-hour horseback ride to enjoy the grassland sunset—it's incredibly pleasant. The hotel's service is very thoughtful and meticulous, and it has its own restaurant where you can order dinner, which tastes pretty good. Breakfast is a buffet and quite rich. The highlight, though, is the starry sky after dusk, which truly cures everything. To avoid light pollution, the hotel thoughtfully turns off the ambient lights. In the morning, open the curtains and you can watch the sunrise. This is a hotel that constantly provides pleasant surprises.

Anonymous UserOverall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect.
If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising.
Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment.
I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.

wwwxiiyuMy last two days in Urumqi were a much better experience than my first. My room was upgraded to a larger one, and the cleaning lady was exceptionally good. She proactively brought a foot bath and filled it with water for me both nights. The room was also cleaned thoroughly and meticulously. Definitely worth a high rating!

We stayed two nights in Altay City while skiing at the nearby resort, and the hotel was a great base for our trip. The rooms were clean with good heating — perfect after a cold day on the slopes. Parking was free and conveniently right in front of the hotel, which made everything easy. A comfortable and practical choice for anyone visiting the area.

Guest UserAs a frequent traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Olive Garden Hotel this time. The hotel's location is exceptional, being close to Consulate Lane and offering very convenient access to the Grand Bazaar. The rooms are spacious, with a simple yet luxurious decor, excellent natural light, and very good soundproofing. All in-room facilities are well-maintained, and the bathroom has stable water pressure. The front desk staff are professional and efficient, making check-in quick. The public areas are clean and tidy, and there's a self-service laundry room. Parking is also hassle-free for guests arriving by car. The hotel is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Whether for a vacation or a short business trip, this is a highly recommended hotel in Urumqi, and I will definitely book it again on my next visit.

Since it is a Mercure chain, the facilities and cleanliness were good, but the next morning, when I asked to call a taxi to go to the bus terminal, they pointed to a road with many taxis and told me to catch one myself, which was a bit awkward for a foreigner. Furthermore, it was different from Beijing time, so even though it was past 8 in the morning, I couldn't see the taxi, which made me feel a little anxious for a while... They lacked a proactive service mindset.
