Longlidiansi。The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Narati, which is a big plus! The hotel itself is large with a spacious lobby, but its size also means it can be a bit confusing to navigate. It could use more staff. Breakfast was decent; there was a good variety, but the taste was just okay. As for facilities, I particularly want to mention the laundry room. It really needs an update. I had to search for it, finding it in an adjacent building and quite tucked away. In the end, I couldn't iron my clothes due to insufficient facilities and had to go back. The room is a bit old-fashioned but fully equipped, giving off vibes of hotels from a decade ago during an economic boom. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I'm deducting points because I found a centipede-like insect in the room just before check-out (perhaps due to the excellent natural environment?).

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the overall decor was quite stylish. The hotel facilities were complete, with everything from a kids' area to a gym. My child insisted on giving it five stars! We came back to the hotel after dinner on the day we checked in, and while my child was playing in the kids' area, they spotted fruit in the restaurant and dragged me in to eat... My child was so happy, getting refills again and again. They made me promise to give a five-star review! 😀 We had dinner at the hotel the next day... maybe it was too late, as there wasn't much left to eat... but overall, the service was good. The front desk staff proactively asked about guest needs, helped upgrade our room, and delivered food, etc. We stayed for two nights in a two-bedroom suite, and both the elderly and the children found it very pleasant. It's a hotel with high value for money.

Guest UserThe hotel is very close to the Kalajun entrance, about a 5-kilometer drive. Follow the navigation; the gravel road is narrow but don't hesitate. The moment you see the room, all your fatigue will melt away. The shower room and separate wet/dry bathroom are clean and hygienic, completely free from the inconveniences of staying in a tent camp. Lying on the bed, pull open the 360-degree curtains, and the surrounding scenery fills your view. Open the electric curtain on the dome, and you can see the sky. If you still have energy, before sunset, go for a one or two-hour horseback ride to enjoy the grassland sunset—it's incredibly pleasant. The hotel's service is very thoughtful and meticulous, and it has its own restaurant where you can order dinner, which tastes pretty good. Breakfast is a buffet and quite rich. The highlight, though, is the starry sky after dusk, which truly cures everything. To avoid light pollution, the hotel thoughtfully turns off the ambient lights. In the morning, open the curtains and you can watch the sunrise. This is a hotel that constantly provides pleasant surprises.

Maidoumm^(oo)^Booked two rooms here. Originally, we planned to stay in Fuyun because we were going to Tianchi the next day. However, since we'd already made it all the way to Urumqi, we decided to stay for a night and explore. We booked this hotel last minute. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar, about an 8-10 minute walk, and the area around it is bustling with activity. Finding food is super convenient; there are restaurants and a small mall downstairs. The price was a bit on the higher side, but the great location makes up for it! It really depends on what you're looking for.

Guest UserAfter exploring Yili, we returned to this hotel. This time, the front desk gave us a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, which was much more spacious. The hotel's service was as warm and welcoming as ever; they proactively helped with our luggage, carried our suitcases, offered us tea, and even brought a foot bath in the evening.

EulaverseBreakfast was sufficient and satisfying. It would be nice if they could also offer juice.
We made up our own room, but it was not properly cleaned at first—maybe because the hotel was fully booked. However, the cleaners were quite helpful and responsive when we asked for assistance.
They also have a laundry room, which was very convenient for families. I just wish they had a small playroom for kids, as that would make the stay even better for families with children.

Since it is a Mercure chain, the facilities and cleanliness were good, but the next morning, when I asked to call a taxi to go to the bus terminal, they pointed to a road with many taxis and told me to catch one myself, which was a bit awkward for a foreigner. Furthermore, it was different from Beijing time, so even though it was past 8 in the morning, I couldn't see the taxi, which made me feel a little anxious for a while... They lacked a proactive service mindset.

The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light, and all facilities were complete. The host was warm and thoughtful, the location was convenient for getting around, and there were plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. The check-in experience was super comfortable, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Staying at Atour during my trip was a fantastic experience! The location is superb, within walking distance to all the scenic spots, saving us the hassle of commuting. The overall ambiance is simple and fresh, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and great for sleeping. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, pastries, and fruits, all of which tasted excellent. The service was attentive and thoughtful. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
