Choosing this hotel was such a wise decision! As a tourist coming from a lower altitude, my biggest worry—altitude sickness—was perfectly solved. The oxygen concentrator in the room had a nebulizer function, so I could breathe oxygen anytime. A few minutes of oxygen in the middle of the night when I felt unwell was enough to make me feel better, giving me a huge sense of security. The hotel is very new, with stylish decor, clean and tidy rooms, and a well-planned layout. The large terrace was a huge plus; enjoying the high-altitude breeze and the view of the snow-capped mountains and golden grasslands was incredibly relaxing. The service was incredibly heartwarming. A dedicated porter helped with our luggage, so we didn't have to suffer on the plateau. The front desk also helped us coordinate our itinerary, even proactively arranging transportation—very reliable. The food exceeded my expectations. The stir-fried yak meat we ordered at dinner was plentiful and delicious, and I still crave the yak dumplings at breakfast. The local specialties in the lobby were more affordable than outside, so I bought some snow chrysanthemums and dried fruit to take home. The hotel also has several popular photo spots with ethnic-style decorations. Staying in such a comfortable and thoughtful hotel in Tashkurgan truly doubled the happiness of my entire trip!

Arriving late at night in winter and being able to go straight to the hotel from the airport without stepping outside was incredibly convenient. It saved us from having to pack an extra set of clothes (which for a family of four is a lot! 😂). The other facilities were also great, meeting both the price and our expectations. A pleasant surprise was the wide variety of delivery food available, and the taste was super good! I'll definitely keep choosing this place in the future. Here's a tip: If you've got a car parked at the hotel, don't be shy – just drive slowly towards the main gate and it will open automatically. 😂 One thing to note is that the underfloor heating is incredibly warm, very warm... Even among all the places we stayed during our two-week trip with central heating, theirs was the hottest. This made the air really dry. The humidifier provided was quite mini, so I'd suggest upgrading it. For someone from the south, this kind of dry heat is really hard to get used to. 😂 Lacking self-help solutions for this only adds to the hassle for both guests and staff. I truly hope the tourism industry in Xinjiang continues to thrive!

Everything about this stay was good. I generally stick to Hilton among the major hotel brands because I find them quite reliable, and this particular property was no exception. However, there's one major flaw: they only have two washing machines. For a large hotel with hundreds of rooms, this is completely inadequate. Most other hotels I've stayed at typically offer four! As a result, you often have to wait in line to do your laundry.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. Overall, my stay was comfortable, and the room layout was very practical. The front desk staff were warm and attentive during check-out, and the housekeeping lady kept the room spotless; she even greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths in the hallway. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious food, and the noodle station chef was genuinely friendly and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Urumqi.

Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! 🎉 The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities.

This hotel offers amazing value for the price! It has a unique, exotic charm and is very clean and tidy. We booked the family suite, which was cozy, spacious, and came with a fridge. The bathroom also had a separate wet and dry area. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly gentle and had a sweet smile that brightened our day. The breakfast was excellent (perfect for people from the South). It's also very close to the Kashgar Old City, and the Kunlun Tower is right next door, offering stunning night views.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Since I was traveling with friends, there were 8 of us and we booked 5 rooms. I was so surprised and delighted to find that the larger rooms actually consist of three smaller rooms, meaning everyone could have their own private space. Even the single rooms were quite spacious. The overall environment of the hotel is great, and the breakfast was excellent. Definitely worth visiting again.

The room is clean, the service is in place, and the overall high-end a**osphere is upscale! It is equipped with an underground garage, a suitable location, and a quiet environment. It is highly recommended. Because there was no room available after booking online, we were upgraded to a room type with complete facilities. It was a very satisfactory stay. It is highly recommended to stay when traveling to Shihezi or on business trips.

GGuest UserI was a little worried after reading some online reviews, but when I opened the room door, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, and the wallpaper and murals were quite unique. Despite it being the off-season, the hotel service was still excellent. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and the selection was plentiful. The location is superb; the visitor center is just around the corner.

AAnonymous UserOverall, my experience was fantastic, but I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly warm and welcoming! From the moment I walked in to check-in, the lady at the front desk greeted me with a big smile and a very friendly tone. She even helped me out with a few small requests, which really made me feel right at home. Apart from that, the hotel's facilities and environment were excellent too. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit and will happily recommend it to my friends!

TTiyubu00🏨 Urumqi Flora Secret Realm Hotel | A True Bargain During Off-Season! 3-Day, 2-Night Real Experience Stayed from March 13th-15th, 2026. The off-season price was great, and I got a free room upgrade, but I also encountered power outages, stuffiness, and poor soundproofing. Here’s an honest breakdown of the pros and cons 👇 📍 Location: Convenient for getting anywhere • Jinquan Shopping Mall – 5-10 minute walk (the basement is fantastic for browsing, handicrafts are cheap) • International Grand Bazaar – 15-25 minute walk • Hetian Erjie (Second Street) – 20-30 minute walk (a foodie paradise) • Small market behind the hotel – downstairs; offers grilled skewers, grilled eggs, and fruit at night, full of local life • Taxis – starting fare 8-12 yuan, plenty of empty cabs during off-season, easy to get around 🏨 Stay Experience Price: Super affordable during the off-season (March), nearly half the price of peak season. Room Upgrade: The front desk proactively upgraded my room, which significantly enhanced my stay 👍 Power Outage: The entire street experienced a power outage on the first night, not the hotel's fault. Recovery was quick during the off-season. Front Desk Service: You can store luggage, making it convenient to explore the Grand Bazaar after check-out. Decor Style: Very satisfied! A ”secret realm” vibe, dark tones with warm lighting, high quality, and great for photos 📸 ⚠️ Two Minor Issues Underfloor Heating Too Hot: Staying in March, it was so stuffy at night that I sweated and woke up several times due to the heat. Average Soundproofing: I could hear people talking in the hallway and doors opening/closing next door. It wasn't too bad since there were few guests during the off-season, but I'd recommend earplugs for sensitive sleepers. 🍜 Nearby Food • Hetian Erjie: Ailijiang Hetian Nankeng Rou, Kashi Yiba Zhua • Small market behind the hotel: Downstairs, offers grilled skewers, baked buns, cheaper than the Grand Bazaar. • Near Jinquan Shopping Mall: Local breakfast spots, beef noodles, milk tea. 🚕 Transportation • Airport: Taxi 60-70 yuan, 40 minutes • Train Station: Taxi 15-20 yuan, 15 minutes • Within the city: Generally 8-15 yuan ✅ Who it's suitable for Suitable for: Off-season travelers, those seeking good value, wanting to explore the Grand Bazaar and Hetian Erjie, and those who appreciate hotels with a stylish design. Not suitable for: Those with extremely high demands for soundproofing or who are sensitive to room temperature while sleeping. 💡 Check-in Tips 1. Bring earplugs as a backup. 2. Spend half a day exploring the basement of Jinquan Shopping Mall. 3. Don't miss the small market behind the hotel at night. 4. Store your luggage after check-out, then pick it up after you're done sightseeing. 5. If staying in winter, bring a short-sleeved shirt in case it gets too hot, so you have something to change into. 6. Bring a humidifier; it's very dry. The hotel has them, but I didn't use theirs. ✅ Overall Review Flora isn't a perfect hotel – it had power outages, stuffiness, and soundproofing issues. However, its location, price, and decor style are truly a rare find in Urumqi city center. In March during the off-season, two nights with a free room upgrade, I was very satisfied. I would choose it again next time, just remember to bring a short-sleeved shirt 😅 “The off-season surprises are hidden in those minor flaws.” 🌙

Service: The service was incredibly warm and enthusiastic ❤️🔥 Cleanliness: Super clean! 👍 Environment: The decor is really nice, I love it. Facilities: Smart home features throughout! 👍 The staff were wonderful; they even provided foot soak tubs for guests and helped with hot water. This is so thoughtful for out-of-town tourists.

EEulaverseBreakfast was sufficient and satisfying. It would be nice if they could also offer juice. We made up our own room, but it was not properly cleaned at first—maybe because the hotel was fully booked. However, the cleaners were quite helpful and responsive when we asked for assistance. They also have a laundry room, which was very convenient for families. I just wish they had a small playroom for kids, as that would make the stay even better for families with children.

CChaokeaidexiaofeiziThe room is very spacious, fully equipped, clean and tidy, and has an oxygen concentrator and humidifier. The front desk staff had a very good attitude and enthusiastically introduced the route and inquired about weather changes and other information. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended. The parking lot is large and free. Next door is the famous Yipin Yak hotpot restaurant, which tastes very good.

LLawrence YoongThis is a very new hotel with excellent facilities. The housekeeping was thorough. The front desk service was fantastic and friendly. The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was extensive. There are many great restaurants near the hotel, and it's about a kilometer's walk to Kashgar Old City. A truly wonderful hotel. They allowed me to check in early at 10:00 AM (subject to availability), which was great since I arrived on an early flight.

GGuest UserFacilities: Separate wet and dry areas, humidifier provided, and even a military-style overcoat in the room (lol). Soundproofing is decent. However, remember to close the curtains on the ceiling before bed, otherwise you'll be woken up by the light in the morning. Cleanliness: Okay, disposable cups are provided. Environment: Hemu Village is very small; you can get around in about five minutes by car. The hotel has a coffee shop and a restaurant. Oh my god, the shrimp buns and braised chicken at that restaurant were really delicious… However, there's no coffee at breakfast; you have to go to the coffee shop next door and order a cup for 40 yuan, which is quite expensive. Service: Very good; they help with luggage during check-in and check-out. Afternoon Tea Set: Includes coffee, nuts, and small cakes, which can be delivered to the room.
