The hotel is super close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and the subway station – you can just walk everywhere. There are tons of food options nearby too! They even gave us complimentary afternoon tea and a non-heritage handicraft experience. We stayed for 5 days straight, and an auntie came to clean every day. The ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic and welcoming.

My stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi was absolutely perfect! It's right in the heart of the city center, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Shopping at IFS and Taikoo Li is just a short walk away. The room layout was well-designed, with excellent natural light and soundproofing. The minibar drinks were complimentary, and the toiletries were high quality. The breakfast on the top floor offered expansive views and a fresh, diverse selection of dishes, especially the authentic Dandan noodles. The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive; check-in was quick, and they were very responsive to any requests. The amenities like the gym and self-service laundry were really useful. The overall decor is elegant and tasteful, and the hygiene standards were very high, making for an extremely comfortable trip. It offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. It's super close to the high-speed train station and Shihao Plaza, and there are tons of delicious Leshan local specialties nearby. The decor is warm and cozy, and there are many room types to choose from. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to avoid rooms facing the street. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; I couldn't get the QR code charging device to work, and they immediately brought me a charger. Breakfast was also really good, with millet porridge that's perfect for kids. Overall, a great experience!

There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

The restaurant offers a rich breakfast, and the Tai'an fish I ordered was delicious. The accommodation was also very comfortable. I even extended my stay for a few more days to explore the Li Xiaolu area in depth. I got an upgraded room with a courtyard, which was quite spacious. There was a large table, very convenient for placing things. The air conditioning was powerful, and the entire room featured Xiao Du smart controls. For takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room, and quickly too – super convenient! I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive. The staff's service attitude was excellent, thumbs up! The smart toilet was great, and the hygiene was also fine. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I forgot to take photos of the room. I stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. They even gave me a bracelet as a gift!

The environment is quiet and quiet, the rooms are clean and tidy, and all kinds of supplies are available. The hotel is equipped with free parking and charging piles, which is very friendly to self-driving tourists. Xiaolan at the front desk was attentive and thoughtful, and a very pleasant stay. There are everything on business trips, afternoon tea, breakfast until 11 o'clock, and breakfast for a lazy sleep.

This IntercityHotel in Chengdu's Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road area is definitely my top recommendation for a downtown stay. The location couldn't be more convenient – you step right out onto Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, and Taikoo Li is just a stone's throw away. Iconic panda sculptures, trendy shops, and authentic local snacks are all within walking distance. Plus, the metro station is only a few minutes' walk, making getting around incredibly efficient. The environment is sleek and upscale, with a German business style. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the decor feels high-quality. The common areas are quiet and orderly. The rooms are well-designed, the furniture is brand new, and the soundproofing is excellent. The service is also top-notch, very warm and polite.

Love everything about this hotel! Easy to find, looks like a new hotel, able to accommodate late check in until morning! Employee no. 77 is excellent & helpful with everything that we needed during the stay.
