We extended our stay by one night due to our high-speed rail tickets. I specially bought a bubble tea and had the robot deliver it to our room – it was so fun meeting that cute, square delivery robot! My parents were very happy with the hotel's breakfast; it had a distinct Chengdu Giant Panda theme, with both Chinese and Western options. I really enjoyed the meat buns! On both our check-in day and the day we left, we tried the afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and the 'guilinggao' (herbal jelly) and 'bingfen' (iced jelly) were perfect for the current weather, very refreshing!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The complimentary goodies were a real treat. The hotel is right next to the new Taikoo Li, and we enjoyed the complimentary double breakfast buffet with free-flow drinks. The little Qipao shop across the street was charming, and Taolin Restaurant was delicious. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast on the 30th floor – stunning! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Chengdu, it comes highly recommended. The front desk service was excellent, and the cleanliness and overall environment were superb. The cleaning staff were incredibly meticulous. The views from the restaurant were unbeatable. I'm so pleased with our choice of hotel for this trip and will certainly be back!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new and well-designed. The lobby is spacious and even has a calligraphy corner with flowing water. There are small fish and parrots at the front desk, which the kids loved. The room was also very large, and I must say the pillows were incredibly comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. Service: The hotel's service was also excellent. After adding them on WeChat, they even recommended local eateries, and we ended up trying Yepopo Bobo Chicken nearby. The hotel breakfast was also quite unique; it was a set meal with dishes like crispy shaomian noodles, steamed buns, zongzi, and chia seed pudding – very filling! The hotel is conveniently located close to the high-speed rail station, making it easy to catch a train, and it's also not far from the Leshan Giant Buddha.

English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

The hotel rooms were neat and clean, offering great value for money. What impressed me most was that each room had its own direct drinking water dispenser instead of the traditional electric kettle. This is something I'd honestly recommend all hotels adopt. Tea and coffee lovers would definitely appreciate it, as you no longer have to worry about what others might have boiled in the kettle! The disposable towels, bath towels, and cups also provided peace of mind. The hot spring water was wonderfully warm too. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

Stayed here for the second time during our trip in Chengdu. Mainly because of the location and also the friendly staff. They were helpful to allow early check-in when we first arrive since there were rooms available. They also extended our checkout time to 2 pm for free. The front desk stuff also helped me with my Taobao refund issue. The hotel also helps to receive parcels from Taobao and when I needed to refund some of the parcels, the hotel staff helped to pass to the courier for pickup since i was out exploring the city. Definitely recommend!

The temporary accommodation booked on a business trip is very satisfactory in all aspects, the location is convenient, the underground garage has plenty of parking spaces, the room is quiet and not noisy, it is very suitable for rest and office. Special thanks to Xiaolan, who was very patient when communicating the needs in advance, and specially helped to reserve a quiet room type that did not rely on the street. Going to the store to go through the procedures is efficient and fast, and inform the use of the facilities in the store in detail. At night, I encountered a problem with debugging the projection of the room. I asked Xiaolan to also carefully guide online step by step, and there was no perfunctory. The store's sanitation and maintenance are in place, the supporting supplies are complete, the service is meticulous, there is no over-selling, the whole process is comfortable and comfortable, and the good service experience gives the journey extra points, which is worth recommending.

This IntercityHotel in Chengdu's Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road area is definitely my top recommendation for a downtown stay. The location couldn't be more convenient – you step right out onto Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, and Taikoo Li is just a stone's throw away. Iconic panda sculptures, trendy shops, and authentic local snacks are all within walking distance. Plus, the metro station is only a few minutes' walk, making getting around incredibly efficient. The environment is sleek and upscale, with a German business style. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the decor feels high-quality. The common areas are quiet and orderly. The rooms are well-designed, the furniture is brand new, and the soundproofing is excellent. The service is also top-notch, very warm and polite.

Love everything about this hotel! Easy to find, looks like a new hotel, able to accommodate late check in until morning! Employee no. 77 is excellent & helpful with everything that we needed during the stay.
