The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. I originally booked a family room, but the front desk staff upgraded me to a family suite. The room was quite spacious and very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options including tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls), noodles, and various vegetables. After checking out, the front desk even gave me a small gift. This hotel left a great impression on me, and I look forward to staying here again.

Facilities: Quite complete. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic, with bed linens and duvet covers looking as good as new. Environment: Quiet and comfortable. Service: Attentive and enthusiastic. Location: Very close to the scenic area, less than 4 kilometers away. Parking is very convenient, with parking lots both in front and behind the building. There are even charging stations in the back.

This is my second stay at the Guanhu Hotel, and once again, its location and ambiance are exceptional, with great facilities to match. Being able to overlook Qinghai Lake from the hotel and enjoy the stunning sunrise from the terrace makes it the top choice for any visit to Qinghai Lake – truly outstanding! 👍 What truly stands out is the restaurant service. The food was delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly. We arrived quite late, and they thoughtfully delivered our meal to our room. Great food, beautiful scenery, and good company – what more could you ask for? A special shout-out to the ******* sisters, Kua Benji, Gengzang Zhuoma, and Duojie Zhuoma, for their attentive and meticulous service during the meal delivery. They even promptly returned my wife's important crossbody bag, which she had left in the restaurant, leaving a lasting impression and earning our sincere thanks! 👍🌹 All in all, it was an unforgettable May Day trip to Qinghai Lake, and I will definitely be returning to Guanhu Hotel on my next visit!

The Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong offered an outstanding experience! Its location is superb, right next to the Wuyue Plaza commercial area, making transportation incredibly convenient and not far from Xining Station. This hotel, newly opened in 2026, boasts a modern and elegant design, with a bright and airy lobby that feels connected to nature. The rooms are spacious and spotless, equipped with smart controls, comfortable bedding, and intelligent bathroom facilities. Some rooms even offer city views. The buffet breakfast is extensive, featuring a delicious mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The staff are warm, polite, and responsive, and the hotel provides thoughtful amenities like a 24-hour gym and free parking. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it's a high-value and ideal choice. Highly recommended!

had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and food options, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I could tell that the housekeeping standards are consistently good. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed, which added to the overall positive experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient as well. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both short and long trips, and I would definitely return again in the future

The hotel had a gym, cafe, and a morning breakfast buffet. The room was large and gave a nice view of the city. The staff helped with any questions or requests. They helped me setup their address in the Chinese delivery app *******. They also turned up the heating in the room when I requested that too. The buffet is norming 58 RMB per day, for the food offered this is quite high. The bread was stale and a lot of the food was cold or had an old taste too it. Luckily I was there in the winter when it was free and had no cost. Perhaps in the summer with the cost of 58 RMB the food is fresher. However, I would say that the food available had a lot of variety, with both Chinese and Western options. Room: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Location: 8/10 Buffet: 6.5/10 Now I would upload images of the hotel but I only filmed it and didn't take photos and trip.com only allows photos.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located on Qiyi Road in the east district of the city, offering convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with new facilities and stable air conditioning and hot water. The service was attentive, always responsive to requests and quick to act. The free laundry and parking were a thoughtful touch, and the Halal breakfast was a welcome bonus. The price is budget-friendly, and the experience easily rivals more expensive hotels. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Xining.

Go to Heidushan and stay at Yunduo Hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright. The service is good. The new hotel is fully equipped and the health is good. The room is too small. The breakfast is not too rich. But it is already a good hotel for Lenghu Town!

Absolutely fantastic! Hands down the best Hampton I've ever stayed at. From the bespectacled manager at the front desk who helped with our luggage on arrival, to the friendly chef preparing noodles at the ADD restaurant, and even the auntie in the laundry room, everyone left a truly memorable impression on us. We were so impressed, we ended up extending our stay for three nights. Every single staff member genuinely cares for the hotel, looks after and satisfies every guest, and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues they might have. Besides the beautiful scenery, the best decision we made on our trip to Chaka Salt Lake was staying at the Chaka Salt Lake Wanfeng Hotel! We truly felt at home. We arrived quite late that day, and around 8 PM, the staff called to confirm our arrival. They then informed us that they had upgraded us to a suite and offered welcome fruits so we could rest well – super thoughtful! The entire room was spacious and bright, with a large living room, and the upgraded suite even had a bathtub. A nice bath really washed away all the fatigue. Since we had purchased breakfast for two, the hotel was incredibly considerate. Worried that there might be too many tour groups staying at the same time, they thoughtfully delivered breakfast to our room. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. This made our trip truly memorable.
