Very nice rooms and view, very clean and friendly staff, but the aircon was centrally set and quite hot, and the breakfast was basically egg, toast and a few condiments.

The facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The place is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the service lady is very thoughtful. It was a rare and pleasant stay. The hotel staff are very kind, and the food at the restaurant on the second floor is delicious.

Facilities: Not great, especially the water situation. The sink faucet splattered everywhere, and the drain cover was loose. It was hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower, and the bathtub couldn't hold water. The hairdryer only blew cold air. Hygiene: Okay, but they didn't refill the shampoo, and the replacement towels weren't put on the rack, so I couldn't find them. Service: The service attitude was good; they brought yogurt every day and were very welcoming. Environment: The location is good, and it's quiet for sleeping.

For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice. Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly. Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. The hotel boasts an excellent location in the city center, making it convenient for travel. Although it has been open for many years and the facilities are a bit dated, the rooms are very clean, and the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel lobby and rooms feature many Want Want elements, and the rooms are stocked with plenty of Want Want snacks, which is very heartwarming. The front desk and room service are excellent and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

After being out in the wilderness, it was great to finally experience some civilization! This hotel offers excellent service. As soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage from the car. The hotel environment is also very good, and the front desk service deserves a special shout-out! We overslept and were about to miss breakfast, but the front desk quickly sorted it out for us.
