4-Star Hotels in Qinghai, China

The service, management of the hotel was awesome. We welcomed by warmed reception team. They arrange nice room with lake view which makes us crazy:) The lobby bar and the staffs are very good. The location of the hotel is also great If you have car:) However the only part which we did not like is the management of the restaurant. We decided to have dinner at hotel’s restaurant for the 1st night but th foods are very expensive, service is very slow. Its totally different atmosphere and feeling compare with rest of the hotel complex. But we still enjoy very much and planning to come again…

The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, the parking is convenient, there is an elevator, supper is delivered at night, and there is a hearty breakfast in the morning. The service attitude is very good, and they also helped us with the luggage. It is a good hotel worth staying in.

A very recommended hotel. The location is very convenient. It is close to the scenic spot. Parking is convenient. The room is spacious and hygienic. The service is attentive and warm. The breakfast is rich and exquisite. It also has salmon sashimi, hand-ground coffee, etc. It is absolutely not available in this hotel in the morning. Mineral water Unlimited supply, and hot milk tea was given to us when we checked out. It is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Qinghai!

Excellent hotel, with beautiful view from the higher floors, modern rooms with complete amenities, helpful staff with limited English. 2ö meters from the hotel the airport bus leaving. convenience store inside the hotel. Delivery robot is funny and useful. Recommended

The hotel has convenient parking. The front desk greeted us when we entered the door. Seeing that we were taking the baby out, they upgraded our room to a bigger one. The room was clean and quiet, and the soundproofing was good, which did not affect our sleep. It was quite dry when the air conditioner was turned on, so the hotel provided a humidifier.

I liked it as soon as I entered the lobby. The room was warm and bright, with a leisure hanging chair. It was clean and tidy. The first impression was very good. The hotel service is enthusiastic, the room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, warm and spacious, the hotel is very close to the Salt Lake Scenic Area, the room cleaning staff is very kind, the front desk girl is also very enthusiastic, the room price is very affordable, and the cost performance is very high! Awesome! ! !

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!

I chose Park Plaza as it was convenient to both the train station and airport. The price was also excellent value for money. My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue. I checked in around 7am and was shown my room. It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window, and it also had a freestanding bath. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels. I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one . This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet. The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive. Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China.. I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away. The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet. I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

Elton International Hotel, a truly phenomenal experience. After a long tedious journey, its always nice to enjoy a soft bed. Now the service, of two weve interacted with Lisa and David were both really enthusiastic, david helped with luggages and inquirys on covid measures, and lisa provided assitance in hotel service and food recommnedation in the beautiful city of 西宁. Great experience!
