We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Food was excellent and reasonably priced, my children especially enjoyed the food. Service in the hotel was excellent with welcoming staff, good response times and what felt like personalised service from several staff members. We came to Luxor to see the historical sites and the location is well suited for these,. The hotel has a great view across the Nile..... our first morning we woke up to see the hot air ballons flying high above the West Bank.... beautiful.Transportation to these sites was really well organised and realistically priced, I thoroughly recommend the in hotel transportation service. A special mention goes to Clara who not only was very knowledgeable about all the trips but also went out of her way to ensure that if there were any issues with your arranged trip, she would do everything she could to resolve them satisfactorily and keep you readily informed. No negatives observed in our 4 night stay.

The Old Winter Palace is the grand old dame of Luxor. The hotel is extremely atmospheric. However, it needs to be clearly said that an upgrade of the rooms will soon be needed. However, this did not impact my general impression of the hotel. I had a classic room on the third floor, with Nile view. The room had a balcony, which was brilliant. The hotel staff are all extremely kind and helpful. The restaurants (I tried the 1886, the La Corniche, as well as the pool-side restaurant) were all very good, and the service was excellent. breakfast in la corniche was good. What I would suggest here would be to open the windows for some fresh air - and possibly even considering an the construction of an outside terrace. Variety of food and quality of food was great. Coffee was served in a French coffee press. - It feels hard to describe the hotel - it just felt ”right”. I would defnitely stay there again, and will recommend to others.

Pavillion luxor the best hotel in luxor, sharing the same amneties with winter palace , check in was very smooth, room is clean and spacious with a big balcony that have an amazing garden view. Staff are friendly. The garden is amazing and very Well taken care of. The swimming pools are great and not so crowded with many sunbathing areas. One of the best merits of the hotel is its location , 100 meters to Luxor temple and Luxor ancient market , also it is near to local restaurants. I loved strolling around at night time by the river cornich thanks to the hotel central location. Breakfast is not perfect just okay. If you are Looking for relaxation it will be your best choice.

One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. It was overall an amazing experience. First, professional staff and very friendly, from reception to restaurant and room service, all was amazing. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything that a guest might need. When faced with a problem they quickly try to solve it. Also they were very trust worthy. I happened to lose my sunglasses and they kept them safe for me to pick them up. The view from the nile side was stunning, I strongly recommend picking a room with that view, it’s totally worth the additional fee. The breakfast was also delicious with variety of choices and so was the dinner. This stay is totally worth 5 stars

I have been in this hotel jollie ville luxor it's amazing hotel and all the staff is friendly so much start from reception with nice welcoming and smiley faces.and room is so clean and nice view and restaurants also is so nice and tasty food spiceal the Italian restaurant with a lot of items and all is tasty and of course when you are in hotel near the Nile so have to try the Nile fishing trip in early morning is magice time And also the sunset by birds sound in the special area in hotel it's wow .and at last but not the end would like to say a huge thanks for the entertainment team for a nice performance at night and day during all my stay the are coming to us to ask if we have any problems in our stay and the make us as important guest and I see this always with them they are doing that with all the guests around. For sure will back again guys and hope to see you again .love you all jollie ville luxor team

The hotel on the Nile River really has a strong sense of vacation. Although the location is not in the downtown area, it is very quiet and very close to the newly opened bridge across the river. It is very convenient to visit attractions on the west bank. Overall, it is good.
