No water provided in the room, you have to buy a bottle at the reception which is $5/500ml bottle, the location is alright, there's a metro nearby. Rooms are decent

The room is big enough for two but the hotel needs a bit of a facelift and they room key access need an upgrade.
North Point MRT is just around the corner and the morning wet market is right in front of the hotel. Amazingly they cleaned up well after the morning frenzy.
You will be surprised Victoria Harbor is so close if you walk towards the sea side.

Check in was a bit bad A receptionist called Amy Lai? Not sure if its correct doesn't want me to checked in first she said wait for the other guest in the booking I told her that they are still in the flight and she said gave back my IF. Told her so I have to wait until 11pm to check in? I was there at 5pm😂 I was so annoyed she was bery rude. In the end I told her I have their passport pictures she can look and check so she let me checked in after. I also saw her once in the lift and she didn't evem acknolowledge as or say a simple hello to the guest of their hotel. I am from hospitalitly industry before as well so I know that is not a proper way to interact with guest. Other than that other staff are very polite and have good customer service experience.

Despite the rooms being small, the general experience was positive. A few things were missing from the room initially but the hotel staff were kind and up to the task.

The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, but it's evident by all accounts that it's 3-stars at best.
The swimming pool is under construction, the furniture is really old, windows are dirty. There were also some reusable plastic sticks for mixing sugar in the room - I think they look very unhygeinic, better use disposable ones. Breakfast is meagre but passable.
The location, though, is normal, with a metro station within 5 minutes of walking.
Probably there are better options for that price in HK. I think this hotel is way below the standard of Ramada hotels.

First time to stay here in Ramada, i was expecting a very polite staff, at the beginning morning staff was nice but the staff in the evening was ****ing very RUDE. I was asking a late a check out and he raised his voice to answer me. also the staff female in Front Office when i was complaning the dirty room they gave to me and smell smoke. After that i complain they talk about us in cantonese which i can uderstand.
