The room was tiny, barely two meters wide with a 1.5-meter bed, leaving almost no space. However, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was convenient. It was my first time staying in Hong Kong, so I'm not sure if 600 HKD is a good price or not.

Although the hotel room was small, it was incredibly clean, and the bed was plush and comfortable, so I had a really great rest. Check-in was fast, and I loved that there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Best of all, staying on a high floor allowed me to enjoy the beautiful views of Hong Kong, which was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again soon!

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel feels really new and has a pleasant, fresh smell. The shower is a walk-in with great water pressure and consistent temperature. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless and wrinkle-free, making for a very comfortable sleep. The fried eggs and coffee at breakfast were excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, answering all my questions with a wonderful attitude. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

We was looking for hotel that was centralised to wherever we are looking (Disneyland, Ocean park etc) and we decided to look for hotel at Prince Edward or Mongkok then we found Starphire hotel. The price was affordable and room was clean, just that need about 10mins walk from Prince Edward MTR (Come out from Exit C left side out, keep walk straight till near underneath second highway or have to turn, then turn right and continue walking till see hotel, besides it is "The Cloud"). Coffee and water was provided 24/7 at level 3 besides check in counter. Breakfast which was bread will be given if go to level 3 in the morning. Overall, it was a pleasant Stay and is happy to revisit if got chance.

The room was small but clean, and the price was quite reasonable compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. The location in Tai Kok Tsui is a bit out of the way. The hotel entrance is on a small, one-way street under an overpass, making it hard to find for the first time. Even taxi drivers had to navigate several small streets to get there. There are many metal material shops nearby, but no large supermarkets or bus routes. You can only take minibuses. It's also about a 20-minute walk to the nearest Prince Edward MTR station exit, which is not very convenient for elderly people or children.
