房間進入衹有一個短短的走道，沒有桌椅，衹有一個緊緊靠着窗户的床，沙田這麼偏的地方，四星酒店，不是應該床離窗户四步遠嗎？被子是潮的，沒有水，早餐沒有熱檔口，餛飩，麪條等現做的一概沒有，絕不再住

酒店整體不錯，由於前台説沒房了升級了房間，但是半夜睡著了竟然有人開門進來然後開燈把我們都嚇死了，迷迷糊糊衹看到了人影，那個人也趕緊跑了出去，我們幾個小時都緩不過神。幾分鐘後酒店打電話過來問為什麼我們住這個房間？這個問題問得我不知所措，後面還問我這事發生了怎麼解決，你説能怎麼解決，陌生人進都進來了。酒店就這樣不了了之了。隔天早上吃完早餐回房間，自己房間的房卡也無效了。

房間很大，靠近湖邊。早餐很豐盛，對面就是沙田中文，可以逛逛，唯一的缺點就是不靠近地鐵，適合家庭入住，環境很安靜，下次還會入住

距離地鐵站還是有點距離，要走20分鐘左右。附近是居民小區，周邊煙火氣還可以，而且不吵鬧，吃飯的話性價比比較高。酒店太老了，設施設備太差。房間進去一股味道，很臭。晚上空調嗡嗡響完全睡不着，關了才能睡。
總之不太推薦，除非真的迫不得已要去沙田附近。

酒店整體設施比較老，衞生狀況有待改善（入住的時候房間的椅子上還有好些頭髮沒清理，地面也是有污漬…），打電話到總機和房間服務兩三次都沒人接聽的，wifi比較弱，用一會兒就斷。比較失望
