Greetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!

I arrived in hotel at 9.15PM but hotel reception did not find my booking, After one hour they find as it was not loaded into their system due to ignorance. Hotel is nice, good breakfast. Location is good. Good. Nice view from breakfast restaurant.Front staff are nice.

I am writing due to being extremely disappointed with my stay at TUI Blue Rixos Beldibi. From the very first night, I suffered from food poisoning after eating at the hotel, which completely ruined my holiday. I was ill for the entire trip, stuck in my room for four days, unable to enjoy any of the activities me and my partner had planned. This was especially upsetting as I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and instead of enjoying excursions, I spent the day and evening in bed. We also missed out on visiting the Land of Legends theme park due to the sickness as well. My partner and I have only been able to eat plain pasta, rice, and drink water, during the stay not being able to enjoy any of the restaurants. We experienced severe sickness, diarrhea, and cramping, leaving us with no energy to enjoy the facilities or even spend time outside in the sun. Additionally, I witnessed something very disturbing that raised serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and treatment of animals. I saw behind the kitchen door that a cat was thrown into a wheelie bin and duct-taped while it was screaming. This behavior is not only inhumane but also raises significant red flags about the hygiene and standards of the kitchen. Moreover, we noticed that many glasses had lipstick marks and dirt all over them, which made us avoid having any soft drinks during our stay. This lack of cleanliness is simply unacceptable and contributed to our overall negative experience. This was meant to be a relaxing holiday, but instead, it has been a nightmare. The fact that this occurred right at the beginning of our stay is completely unacceptable, and we feel we have lost the experience we paid for. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, as I believe guests should be compensated for significant issues like this, I feel deeply let down by the standards here.

The hotel is perfectly located, next to the promenade. The hotel has wonderful staff. Clean, beautiful, good housekeeping. There is animation. The SPA center has a very cool masseuse. The food is varied and tasty. Lots of vegetable dishes. There are dietary dishes.

Booked this hotel for 1 night through trip.com and very satisfied with the booking. I was a little early on arrival, but the reception was not difficult at all and was very hospitable. The massage, hammam, sauna and swimming pool was a magical experience and also gets a big 10! In particular the Indonesian masseuse was very friendly and professional. Her female Turkish colleague (I think managerial position) was very catty and unable to communicate. I am always used in a hotel to pay at the reception at the end, but this lady yelled at me in poor English to pay. When I told her I didn't have any money on me, her tone changed and she became a monster, which scared me. I explained to the lady that I will pay at the reception, but she did not accept. When I took money from my hotel room and wanted to pay the lady, she told me that I had to pay in Turkish Lira, while a separate price list stated in euros. I also pointed out that the information booklet lacks a price list and that this is required by law. I complained to the reception about this incident, but I suspected that nothing was done about it! Too bad because this lady has ruined my evening and night! Massage in this hotel so never again!!

Nice staff which is the main thing. Good food and a good pool area, though a bit noisy at times. Really nice stay here

It’s really great to stay in this hotel . Actually I booked two hotels in Antalya . The first one is Concorde . Second is Lara. The fees of Concorde is a little cheaper than Lara . But not that much . All the foods and facilities in Concorde is totally a disaster . But when I got to Lara , it’s just like heaven to me. Next time I will book all the nights at Lara . Thanks again to all the staffs of Lara Definitely will visit again

The animation team were very helpful by making me and other people feel welcome and happier they invited me and other people to do activities. Gulben hasan and Sebastian especially made me feel welcome. The hotel in general is fantastic and I highly recommend.

Amazing hotel with the best staff employeed. They are always happy to help and talk with the best smiles so you would miss them when you leave like they were your friends. Rooms are pretty good with all amenities provided however a little small. Special thanks to Mahsa, Sinan and Natali for making over stay wonderful.

Had the most Wonderful experience here! The hotel has outstanding interior design, plenty of space outdoors to spend time in the sun, a few shops, spa, gym, pilates sessions, evening parties, good quality food and different types of cuisine, just a complete holiday experience! I truly recommend it! 😀

We stayed here for 4 nights in August, which I assumed was crowded due to the busy travel season. Also being in the city centre the hotel seemed to attract a lot of work travellers than tourists. What we liked - Comfortable large rooms - Taxis available on push of a button at the hotel - Very well maintained property and hotel amenities What we did not like as much 1. Food: The breakfasts had a decent spread but was among the mediocre ones we in all our stay at Turkey. It was a pure buffet system with no eggs to order (or at least no one asking you for it). We also ordered room service one day for dinner (not very expensive) and definitely better than breakfast. However, the San Sebastián cheesecake was a pass. 2.Laundry services - the most annoying part of our experience. Our second batch of laundry of wet clothes remained unattended to for 3 days despite several repeated reminders to house keeping and reception. It was almost shameful considering the number of times we had to follow up and still find no help. Overall while it was a comfortable stay and property is located in city centre (away from the old town tourist buzz), I am tempted to knock off more for the laundry experience - however that would be unfair considering the otherwise decent experience we had here.

Very good hotel every thing is perfect and especially if you feel hungry any time you can call to kitchen they can provided you a best meals its service 24hours and they ready fresh meal.

This vacation hotel is very suitable for the family who like sea. In here you can watch and play on the beach and enjoy the food and soft drinks all the day. All star to say

We rested at the end of April, it is clear that the hotel is still preparing for the season, but this did not create any inconvenience. The service is good, the staff is responsive, there were no problems with anything! All liked it!

- Private access to the beach - Good choice of food and non alcoholic drinks - Decent size of outdoor pools for kids under 6 years old - Very large outside pools for adults - Good size indoor pool and a small but good size indoor pool for infants and small children - Location is good as it can be reached using bus e.g. LC07 or LC07A from Antalya old town

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone . The facilities, the service, the food and the feel factor around the whole resort is that of total relaxation and luxury . We’ve just returned after a week with 2 children under the age of 6 who also had the time of their lives. The kids club is brilliant and although myself and my wife never left our children unattended in there, there is that option if that’s something you choose to do and it does feel extremely safe. The private beach is at bottom of the resort, which also has so many sun beds. This hotel feels a million miles away from the nightmares you hear of Sunbed wars at 9am or fighting to get towels with towel cards; there is an abundance of sun beds all around the resort even when the hotel is full. If you see yourself as a bit of a food / drink connoisseur like myself then this is heaven on earth. The drinks, food and patisserie options are that of pure luxury. What made the hotel even more special is that nothing is too much to ask of the staff, whether it be a cocktail, a milkshake, or some late night food. From the sun beds, to the huge pool, the luxurious rooms or the unbelievable buffet ( which is that good you feel you’re missing out going to an a la carte restaurant, which are equally as brilliant ) this hotel did not disappoint at all. At the Mardan Palace you can have an unforgettable trip away making memories while also being able to indulge in pure luxury ! This is our second time at the hotel, and within the next week I will be booking again for next year. I would like to give a huge shout out to Ikbel from the guest assistant team, she was absolutely fantastic the whole way, I can’t recommend her enough she was so attentive to our every need and made sure we were looked after until we checked out ! We can’t wait to return again next year

This hotel is fantastic, the staff go out of their way to help, lots of amazing food to choose from and we will be back and also recommend to everyone. We were here for Republic day and all set up well. Concert and party with celebrations. Pavilions are so worth money and again staff are amazing.

I have been here only first time. Even I arrived here I saw a lot of good things. Workers all the time working with smiling and good serving.foods are really delicious and more options for everyone. Alcohol quality top!. Beers has a good quality and brands Efes and Miller. Long story short definitely come back!

The room is clean and comfortable, with complete supplies. The shampoo and conditioner are all produced in France. The minibar has free drinks, beer and snacks. The service is attentive and patient with children. Most games are free, but bowling is available for an additional fee. The cocktails in the lobby bar are delicious! There are a la carte restaurants and buffet restaurants where you can eat at any time 24 hours a day. Overall, I feel that Ctrip’s Platinum Diamond Hotel is indeed a very good choice.

It is very suitable for taking children to play. The hotel is all-inclusive, including tickets to the theme park. Milkshakes, ice cream, tea and soft drinks can be ordered at any time in the hotel. There are free PS game consoles. After staying for three days, the dinner changed every day, and the catering was still very attentive. It was a bit noisy when sleeping at night and the room was generally soundproofed. But overall, the price/performance ratio is very good in winter.

”The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very helpful. The kids club staff were attentive, and I felt comfortable leaving the kids there. The buffet was immaculate, tasty, and of high quality. I appreciated the efforts of the chefs and kitchen staff. Our group consisted of 30 people from different cities and countries, reuniting after 30 years. We stayed late every night and received good service without waiting. The live music on Saturday night was good, but the stage was small for the group. The Turkish bath and indoor pool facilities were great. Kaya Belek is better than another 5-star hotel we visited, especially in terms of the quality of the Turkish hammam. I want to visit again during the summer to enjoy the pools and beach with good weather.”

It was clean, the food was delicious and the activities were nice. Although we chose a double bed room, the beds in the room were single, they helped to put the beds together in a short time.

Our 2nd stay at the Maxx and a first for holidaying over Christmas and New Year. Excellent stay with fantastic food and service. The gala dinners were well organised and great entertainment. Couple of minor comments - we didn’t receive a call before we travelled this time like we did the first and yet others received it. Probably need to be consistent. For those travelling over the Christmas / New Year period then maybe consider allowing them to book a restaurant for Christmas Day before they come. We were told we can’t book anything until we arrive but meant that table choices were limited at the Gala dinner and there wasn’t any space at several restaurants on Christmas Day which meant we could have ended up at the buffet! We did manage to get a table at the teppenyaki but anyone arriving on 23rd would struggle to get anything. The steak was our least favourite this time - none of ours were cooked as requested and the service was so slow. We did give feedback and wouldn’t rush back to that restaurant. Just a note for anyone travelling in 2025, the price at the restaurants has been put up quite a bit. Finally despite the niggles above, we wouldn’t hesitate to return and want to thank the staff for making the experience an excellent one
