We had the best stay ever! Everything was so perfect for us! Best service best view best location, we woke up 6.45am every morning for the best sunrise view!

Wonderful location. Next to Starbucks, 7E, KFC and Mc D. Basically next to teluk Cempedak. The hotel staffs are fantastic. They are friendly and nice. Always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast has wide range of varieties. I love the view while have a slow enjoyable meal. They have two pools but not very well kept. No life guard, so parents need to be mindful because of the depth of the pools. The beach is not private but still clean. Overall, will come again. Pleasant stay indeed.

Beautiful resort in Kuantan, fine service and quality breakfast.
Please improve on the cleanliness of the room, there are many sands in my bathroom.

Love the total environment of greenary. Clean and beautiful beach. Room conditions just normal but the price paid is for 5 star price. Breakfast just so simple with local food. Cant image happen at the name of Hyatt resort.

During our stay there were drilling and hammering sounds which was so annoying. I called the front desk to stop but the noise was still there after half an hour. Went to the front desk myself and the manager helped, need to train other staff on simple PR too. Also asked the maintenance team on the tripped electricity, and we had to ask so many times over the period of an hour until someone came and fixed it.
Overall excluding those 2 experiences, the hotel is great, well maintained, and near to eateries.
