GGuest UserThe hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre
though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

AAnonymous UserGood hotel.. guest service and rooms ok breakfast to be reviewed for a 5-star hotel.. breakfast service staff very prevented.a dress or a shirt well-paid makes much in a 5-star.. scarce salsa and cheese.. Cappuccino presented very bad.. scarce coffee of taste.. a quality coffee and a good cooking makes a lot..

GGuest UserThis place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick.

MM306752****The real palace is very amazing. The experience is full. The tea set is Chinese. The front desk is a bit serious. The waiter is very enthusiastic and active. Help with luggage and parking.
The location is unparalleled. Outside the window is the core area of the port. The back door of the hotel is the core scenic spot.
As for the room, look directly at the picture. Tong Xuan is not bullying.
Breakfast staff is warm but there are too few choices. It belongs to the mini breakfast.

ZZHENVery good niche travel destination, it is recommended, the hotel is good: 1, diet: breakfast in the middle of the rules,; booked half-board, dinner dishes can be; service attitude is very good; 2, parking: definitely have to go by car, stayed for two nights, the hotel garage 40 euros stopped for one day, Italy parking costs are similar in several cities, very expensive. 3, room: booked is the administrative sea view room (that is, the 4th floor room), the room area is really small, it is more than a dozen flat, a suitcase will be, two suitcases can not open, slightly have a nainai tide However, the executive room has a small balcony that can be smoked to see the scenery (the balcony will be covered by the room, which does not affect the view), and if it is the 4th floor (408, 409), the balcony does not have a room. But basically can't stand, no area, and the view will be blocked by other rooms, we just switched to other rooms. It feels like the room with 2 floors is the best room type. Compared to the Italian attractions, the hotel pays attention to the view, not the inner space (area, facilities, etc.). 4, small town: Comments can not describe, you need to experience, I lived for two nights, one day by boat to go to the Cinque Terre, I feel no sense and necessary, just relax in the port town to stay and go very good (especially Easy to get motion sickness and seasickness, the boat is very bumpy and easy to seasick, very tossing, the Cinque Terre did not look at it during the day) Overall satisfaction is very worth remembering

The environment is quite simple and not at the level of the required price range. In general, good experience for comfort and cleaning, but the quality/price ratio on the esthetic side could improve.

DdavylegrandWe had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us.
The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

GGuest UserChambre spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très propre. Soins et spa très appréciables. Intérieur et extérieur bien entretenus. Propreté irréprochable. Personnel très professionnel.
Seule déception la piscine, elle mérite une rénovation totale (manque par endroit des petits carreaux et du ciment colmate tant bien que mal l’ensemble des divers usures) , bien dommage nous n’en avait pas profité.
