JJessica 7032I read a lot of bad reviews, but when I stayed there myself it was not as bad as I imagined. The room was ok, but the sheets and towels were a little dirty. The shower water was strong enough, and the staff service was pretty good.
WWilson CcGreat location, convenient for getting anywhere. Plenty of food options downstairs. The self check-in process was clear, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The water pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. If I had to nitpick, the room size was a bit small, but it's not a huge issue for an overnight stay. Definitely recommend.
JJalil YusofGreat place to stay! It's close to the airport, perfect for anyone just arriving from Kuching Airport. The cleanliness is satisfactory, and the customer service is friendly and very helpful. It would be even better if there was a money changer nearby. Thanks, Hotel Inn! 😊👍👍
GGuest UserDuring my recent stay at Maxi Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of luxury and comfort it provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
Overall, Maxi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.
FFlyHigh007Clean, spacious, all kinds of amenities, plenty of parking spaces nearby, quiet environment, most comfortable bed at this price range. Can't complain.
TTaobaoweilaiCentrally located, very close to Times Square, perfect for an evening stroll. It's also near Mount Canada, offering stunning panoramic views, especially at sunset. Next door, there's a Nanyang coffee shop, great for meals and drinks.
GGuest UserThis big a hotel, always fully booked, and yet they don't have extra pillows? I even offered to pay, but the receptionist at the front said, 'We're fully booked, so we don't have any extra.' And the pillows are as thin as the standard ones you've had at home for 10 years. I wanted to pay, but they just didn't have any. But then in the room, there's a price list for items like towels, pillows, etc. Seriously, no extra pillows? What if a kid throws up that night, or the pillow gets dirty? There'd be no replacement? I can't even fathom it. Everything else was fine.
AAnonymous UserThe staff appear to be quite rude. When i try to sit at the lobby while waiting for my laundry he told me that he need to mop the floor. When i go to the other side he told me off to go back to my room. The next day staff also quite rude, i wait almost half an hour to get my deposit back, ringing the bell but she doesn't come out & when she come out she doesn't even say sorry or smile
MMaizatul07Great facilities, wide space and comfortable..easy to attach any place, and the location very strategic to mosque, restaurant and other attraction
