I read a lot of bad reviews, but when I stayed there myself it was not as bad as I imagined. The room was ok, but the sheets and towels were a little dirty. The shower water was strong enough, and the staff service was pretty good.

Great location, convenient for getting anywhere. Plenty of food options downstairs. The self check-in process was clear, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The water pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. If I had to nitpick, the room size was a bit small, but it's not a huge issue for an overnight stay. Definitely recommend.

Staffs are very friendly but the facilities at hotel need maintenance. Only 1 out of 3 plugs can be used, only cold shower available after a long day and the solution is technician only available after 8am next day, the bed n aircon has a terrible smell which makes us hard to fall asleep…

Great place to stay! It's close to the airport, perfect for anyone just arriving from Kuching Airport. The cleanliness is satisfactory, and the customer service is friendly and very helpful. It would be even better if there was a money changer nearby. Thanks, Hotel Inn! 😊👍👍

Clean, spacious, all kinds of amenities, plenty of parking spaces nearby, quiet environment, most comfortable bed at this price range. Can't complain.

I find the hotel to be clean and comfortable. For the cleanliness I have no complaints however despite the location being the best I had noise issue in hotel. There were good amenities for the stay. I however did not really like the shower I found it rather uncomfortable to shower because there were no shower head only the handheld one. The staff were nice she helped me with the WiFi and the check in and check out was very quick and smooth😊

This big a hotel, always fully booked, and yet they don't have extra pillows? I even offered to pay, but the receptionist at the front said, 'We're fully booked, so we don't have any extra.' And the pillows are as thin as the standard ones you've had at home for 10 years. I wanted to pay, but they just didn't have any. But then in the room, there's a price list for items like towels, pillows, etc. Seriously, no extra pillows? What if a kid throws up that night, or the pillow gets dirty? There'd be no replacement? I can't even fathom it. Everything else was fine.

The staff appear to be quite rude. When i try to sit at the lobby while waiting for my laundry he told me that he need to mop the floor. When i go to the other side he told me off to go back to my room. The next day staff also quite rude, i wait almost half an hour to get my deposit back, ringing the bell but she doesn't come out & when she come out she doesn't even say sorry or smile

Great facilities, wide space and comfortable..easy to attach any place, and the location very strategic to mosque, restaurant and other attraction
