Except for the small room, everything is good! The hotel is located in the city center, very convenient to everywhere, across the river is Temple bar, almost all attractions are within 20 minutes walk, breakfast is great! The Western food for dinner is also very good! There are also various white wines, red wines, and beers!

Just had an amazing time in the shelbourne hotel. Beautiful cuisine ,comfort and relaxation. So convenient for shopping and strolling around the city centre. All staff amazing 👏

I have chosen Conrad Hotel many times, and the service is impeccable. The breakfast is delicious, and the concierge is also very enthusiastic about the service. I chose a suite, which is large enough and good compared to similar hotels in Dublin.

The room is spacious and bright. The location is very safe in the embassy area. For food, there are some restaurants about 5-8 minutes walk away. Although there are not many choices, it is okay to eat. The hotel's afternoon tea is very ordinary and has no special features. It feels very comfortable and quiet to live in. I will probably stay in this hotel again next time. The Christmas atmosphere is also very good.

The Merrion is a Hallmark of service and sheer quality. We arrived to be greeted by a friendly concierge and the news that our room had been upgraded to a junior suite. Lunch in the Cellar bar was an absolute joy and friendly, well clued in staff made the experience more special. The room was fabulous, with every comfort you could imagine. The bed was so comfortable, as were the couches.I cannot speak too highly about the service at this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many museums and tourist attractions (maps are provided in the room). When I checked in, the staff took the initiative to help carry my luggage to the room, which was very polite. Although the restaurant was booked for an event on the day of check-in, the staff still guided me to the bar for dinner, and did not neglect me because of the event. There was a friendly reminder of the arrival of winter time in the room, and bathrobes and slippers were placed in advance. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious, and I will book this hotel again next time I come to Ireland.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, with two large gardens in front and back. The hotel is converted from a castle. I don't know whether the internal facilities are reasonable for a four-star hotel. They are relatively rough, the linens are not clean enough, and the breakfast is average!

The bedding in the room is more comfortable, and the overall price/performance ratio is good for the hotel in the city center. But the hotel's early breakfast is very general, especially the French toast waffles, which are the most unpalatable. Although it includes two parts of buffet and ordering, there are very few types of buffet.
