As part of our exciting trip to Yale University, our group consisting of students, teachers, and parents stayed at the Quality Inn, and we couldn't have asked for a better location and experience! our trip to Yale University was greatly enhanced by our stay at Quality Inn. The combination of its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made it an ideal choice for our group of students, teachers, and parents. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Yale or the surrounding area!

Visited the area to attend a graduation ceremony at New Haven. This I was told is a brand new hotel so everything was top of the line - both facilities and services… Their breakfast is generous with a reasonable variety of morning meals .. my fav was the waffle and the fresh fruits. The room was very clean spacious and quiet. Staff are friendly and very professional..Because I needed to go to the city center on a daily bases, I was offered free rides via their accommodating clean shuttle van driven by very respectful and highly professional drivers. I stayed 6 nights and very much enjoyed my stay .. Toward the end of my stay I discovered that there are nice venues to explore directly next or near the hotel. i.e. a cinema complex, Olive Garden restaurant, Barnes and Nobles bookstore, Target, Chic Fillet and many more. Will certainly try it again if I ever come back to New Haven. Thanks to all of the Team, I sure did have a great experience!

La chambre n' était pas complètement prête. Il n'y avait pas de sofa, un grand espace dans le salon était libre. Ils n'y avait pas de serviettes, papier de toilette, ni les petits produits qu' ils donnent normalement à la chambre. J' ai dû demander le tout à la réception. C' est comme si la chambre n' était pas terminée d'être nettoyée.

Country small shop, heavy in cheap. Very large motel. But there are a lot of people living, and the ice is gone. Personally, I don't feel particularly safe. Many idle people are wandering around. Still clean.

Although the hotel is a little old, the room is very warm. I live on the first floor with a bay window. In the morning, the sun shines in and sits on the bay window to read a few pages of books and a cup of coffee. I really enjoy life.

Good clean centrally located motel type hotel in quite part of Mystic Spacious clean newly upgraded rooms with private bathrooms and separated sink outside of bathroom. Would have liked to have sink INSIDE bath as well. Housekeeping staff friendly and willing to help with needed items. TV in room did not work upon check-in late in the day but was replaced promptly the next morning with very pleasant maintenance person. Breakfast was adequate. Bagels were fresh and hard boiled eggs soft and tasty and Folgers coffee was delicious as was fresh squeezed orange juice Besides the above-mentioned sink location and TV mishap , I would give Spark excellent review and would happily stay there again on my next visit to Mystic Seaport.

For what it was I was very impressed. Also it’s one of the few Motel 6 that has indoor room access which is very comforting knowing that someone from the street can knock on your door.

The decoration is relatively old, the hot water is still hot, and there is basically nothing to eat for breakfast. The overall is general, but the quality level of each store in days inn is uneven. This one is generally qualified, but there is no hot water supply in the lobby at night. trouble

Very good attitude, breakfast is free and high quality! The dishes will come again. The most satisfying thing is that the room is so quiet. I really feel lucky and the price is very affordable.

The room was good and the health was very good. There is another motel around. There is a KFC not far from the left. There are not many consumption places around. It is easy to find with the navigation, just on the side of the road.
