The location is quite good, right near the subway entrance, easy to find, and close to attractions like Red Square. I stayed for two nights. On the first night, the Caucasian lady at the front desk was quite nice. Even though I don't speak Russian and my English is very poor, she used her phone to translate into Chinese for me. However, on checkout day, the local girl with super exaggerated eyelashes who helped me retrieve my luggage was very mean. I told her in English that I was there to pick up my luggage, but she kept speaking Russian to me. I was about to pull out my translator when she typed something in Russian on her phone to show me. Seeing that I still didn't understand, she then translated it into English, telling me: 'She doesn't understand English.' I felt like her eyes were rolling so hard they were about to pop out. It must have been during a shift change, as there was an Asian guy sitting at the desk, likely taking over from her, who didn't say a word during our communication struggle. Later, when I returned the key after getting my luggage, his pronunciation sounded very much like he was a compatriot. The common areas have a great vibe, with many people freely moving about. There's hot and cold water and a microwave, so overall it's quite convenient. The room and bedding generally looked tidy. However, under the bed and in some less-noticed areas, it was a bit messy – for example, there was a lot of dust and a sock under my bed. The bed setup in the room is a bit like a university dorm. During my two-night stay, the people on my left and right woke up at 5 or 6 AM on both mornings and started packing. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend it. Some of the shower faucets are different from those in China. I eventually found a familiar shower switch on the second floor and was able to shower successfully. You can get a proof of stay and also store your luggage.

The location is good and the price is reasonable. The rooms are fairly clean. It would be even better if more bathrooms were available. However, what really disappointed us was the staff’s attitude (the woman working at the reception on the night of February 11 and the morning of February 12). She was not helpful at all. On the morning of February 12, we had a flight to catch and had trouble booking a taxi to the airport because we don’t speak Russian. We were very worried about being late. We asked her for help (either to book a taxi or speak to the driver for us), but she was unkind and rude. She showed no concern for our situation. As foreign travelers, we actually received a lot of help from Russian strangers on the street. In contrast, as paying guests, we expected at least basic support from the hotel staff. Her attitude really showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic compassion.

We cooked happily because the kitchen was very clean and comfortable, drinking water is ok, hot and cold. 5. The supermarket is near and close 23.00 PM. 6. Everyone was good for the maid, it was perfect if she changed the towels for 2 days but she changed for us the fourth day (We stayed 5 nights.), she cleaned every day and the hotel was clean. She smiled lovely and she was very friendly. 5. The price is good. Thank you very much, our warm hotel

It's a good hostel, the staff is friendly, the capsule is spacious, the mattress isn't sagging, it's quiet, the cooking area is spacious and comfortable, and the restrooms are clean. The only major drawback for me was the low temperature in the capsule. I stayed in February, and the outside temperature was -10°C. It felt like the lounge area wasn't heated at all, or there were heating issues, so you could easily catch a cold. I recommend this place; it's best to visit in the warmer months. February 2026 cost 1700 rubles a night.

The hotel is clean but a little cool (if it is autumn or winter). The rooms are small but comfortable enough. All facilities are. The main plus - location, next to Spartak station, slightly above Tushinskaya station. The main minus - it is very difficult to find (bearing in mind that the navigator is not working near Sheremetyevo). In general, I liked to go back to Moscow, definitely go there again.

Conveniently located, five minutes from the Krasnye Vorota metro station. It's a bit of a quest to find, though, especially since the sign and GPS maps say it's a different name. The interior is uniquely decorated and quite clean. The room is really tiny, barely fitting in. The bathrooms and showers are shared, but there are plenty of them, so we didn't have to wait in line. They're very clean, and all the necessary toiletries are available. Breakfast was included in the price, and the breakfast area is clean and stylishly decorated. I recommend it for a short, budget-friendly stay in central Moscow.

We stayed from August 11th to 14th, and we really enjoyed it. This was my first time staying in a hostel, and it's a very decent one. It's certainly convenient when you're alone, and it's also inexpensive. The hostel has a fascinating location: when you exit, turn left through an archway and there's a whole new world inside. It's so interesting: different cafes, karaoke, fountains, tables, benches, drawings on the walls and asphalt, and everything lights up in the evening. You walk down this street and get off at the Baumanovsky Dvor stop, turn left, and take the Baumanskoye metro stop—it's very convenient. As for the hostel itself, it's very clean and cozy. Two girls clean the common areas in the mornings, and during the day, the residents themselves keep it clean, just like at home. The bathroom has everything, even cotton pads and swabs. The bed, by the way, is very comfortable; we slept so well, the sheets are snow-white, overall, we really liked it. The elevator is a whole other story; I'll attach a photo. Oh yeah, there's a laundry room on the 4th floor, three machines, but one is broken, sometimes in the evening there's a line for a haircut, clothes are dried in the dryers there, the exhaust hood is good, everything is dry by the morning.

Stayed at this hotel with my husband for 2 nights. We liked everything👍. The location is convenient, there are many attractions, restaurants, the metro station is also not far from the hotel. The room itself is not large, but everything is very clean, there are no foreign odors, the sound insulation is good. The staff is welcoming and friendly.
