I have very complicated experience with this hotel , if just for room I think it’s good and economical for limited budget travelers but for extra service like laundry that’s awful ,the staff said it’s not them did but I have paid to them ,good thing it’s they are returned the money but still damaged their fame and make it in bad experience

🌟 Hotel Pomelo House, Nepal – Great Stay on a Budget! I recently stayed at Hotel Pomelo House in Nepal, and honestly, it was far better than I expected for the price. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom was hygienic and cleaned daily. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything. The location is also very convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Wi-Fi worked well, and there was always hot water available. Overall, it’s a perfect “value for money” hotel — you get great service at a low cost! ⭐ Rating: 4.5/5 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to stay in Nepal.

The room was beautiful neat and clean.Nice experience with the food .I did not like the location the entrance was in a sloppy area while taking out my luggage it dropped and got damaged.Room service available.Friendly staff.It is nearby airport so if you dont have heavy luggage can walk-in from airport.Its good for couple ,family,friend or solo travellers.Price is very reasonable .

Отличное место! Удобное расположение, есть кухня, на первом этаже электрочайник и питьевая вода. В номере полотенце, мыло, тапочки, в душе горячая вода. Но самое главное - персонал! Просто замечательные ребята! Всегда помогали и делом, и советом. Отель расположен на улице Мандала, так что достаточно тихо. Я ещё буду возвращаться в Катманду, и я уже знаю, где остановлюсь. Спасибо, ребята! Вы супер!

This hostel is really unique. I loved feeling like I was staying in the bush as I looked out at the trees through my window in the morning. It was pretty cold and there's no heating in the room, so I struggled to get out of bed, but the bedding kept me warm enough throughout the night. Unfortunately, they didn't have a kettle in the room to help keep me warm with a little hot water, but they did give me a thermos of hot water from the restaurant when I asked about it. The shower also never remained warm for long. These shortcomings were made up for by the unique environment and the wonderful views up at the restaurant/communal area. On the last day, I could see the Himalayas clearly from there. It was beautiful. There is also a great variety of reasonably priced food at the restaurant. The hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and 10 minutes walk in the other direction is a great place to view the sunrise. The staff were happy to help out and give directions when I asked. Of course, it would have been even nicer if they had offered some of that information on my arrival rather than waiting for me to ask. Overall, a great place to stay!

It's clean, and comfy. Hot water and kettle works well. Good value

The place is a simple standard room, good for short stays. I was there for two nights. Everyone were very nice and helpful, and you can also book buses through the reception in good prices! Not the cleanest room, and amnesties were not included.

Breakfast: please see the pictures for yourself, on the first floor. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite considerate during my stay. The pictures of the hotel are consistent with the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.

Very clean comfy room, and well located within the Thamel area. As for the service, 5 for the hostel staff Rupak, who was extremely helpful and responsible (with all measures making sure I was the owner of my luggage before returning it to me when I lost the luggage tag); that said, I’m not fond of the person-in-charge at the travel agency under the same company, who turned rude upon knowing I’m not gonna use his service on the last day.
