MMirageTimeCheck-in is done at the machine at the front desk. If you booked through Trip, you'll receive a check-in email a few days before your arrival; your booking number will be in the email. After getting your room key, pick up your bedding (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover) at the front desk, and then make your bed yourself. The room and bathroom are quite nice. Each bed has a metal locker for luggage; you'll need to bring your own lock. Towels are available for rent for €1.99, payable at the front desk. The location isn't at Florence's main train station, but it's only one stop (8 minutes) get the train, hostel just across the street from the train station. It's about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral.

MMoumou0x10cxThe surroundings are really nice, and there's an outdoor pool. Even though it closed early due to the off-season and I didn't get to swim, the weather was absolutely perfect during those days, adding a filter to everything. It's a bit far from the attractions, and the bus station was very busy at check-out time. The tent got a little cold at night, but you can use the AC for heating, so it was fine. It might be more comfortable to visit in the summer, as winter is just too cold.

NNone sighted 1Great location, round the corner from the main train station Pisa. II had scrambled eggs for breakfast value for money. Cans of coke and other drinks were €2.50. The rooms are more then basic, they are clean. I had a problem with the bed I had, it had a bar right a cross the bed. I didn't approached the reception till that afternoon and they wouldn't change it. So I stayed somewhere else. Great outdoor area, it had a big screen for the football, Columbia and Switzerland were playing. Good game.

AAnonymous UserGreat stay! The room was very clean, and my roommates were all lovely and had a good routine. Although it was listed as a six-person room, it was actually a five-person room. The private bathroom was very convenient. There's a Carrefour right next door, and it's only about a ten-minute walk from SMN train station, with a McDonald's and KFC along the way. I was very satisfied with this trip.

GGuest UserA very kind and welcoming host, always available to answer any questions. The accommodation isn't in the city center, so it's very quiet. The room is large with a beautiful balcony, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable. Free coffee and water are available all day. It's within easy walking distance. If you take the T1 light rail from the central train station, turn left, turn away from the train station, and get off at Status, three stops away. It's a short walk away. The breakfast is very generous. Air conditioning is an extra 10 euros, depending on the weather when you arrive. I think staying here is far better than staying in the center. The Mall Outlet Village bus stop is just a 10-minute walk away. I had a wonderful three days in Florence.

AApex08The staff were quick to respond and resolve the issue with the towels, which I really appreciated. The cleaners were friendly, and the reception and bar staff were approachable and easy to talk to.
The hotel offers plenty of amenities. The rooftop pool has a great view and is a perfect spot to relax and take in Florence.
I also liked that they host a pasta night every evening. It’s especially convenient when you’re tired from a day of touring and just want to stay in and relax.

The location is quite convenient as well, about a 17-minute walk to the Duomo, and just a few steps from Redi Station. Like 1-2 min walk.
Breakfast is à la carte. I wouldn’t recommend including it in your stay if you’re there for more than three nights, as the menu doesn’t offer much variety.
The place has a social, student-friendly vibe. However, if you’re looking for a quiet stay with minimal foot traffic and more privacy, you might want to consider other options.

GGuest UserWell located hostel. The bunk beds are great, feels like each is a single bed and you barely disturb other guests. It is also within a convent, just on the back of a church, quite a peculiar (positively) place.

AAnonymous UserThe room was quite spacious. Since it was during the World Cup, they had live broadcasts downstairs for everyone to watch, which was a nice touch. However, some areas weren't very clean, and the shower drain often got clogged. Florence was incredibly hot – I definitely recommend avoiding going out in the midday sun during the summer.

From the moment we walked in, the host and staff were absolutely incredible. We arrived quite early, but they immediately made us feel right at home, sitting us down with coffee and snacks while sorting out our room, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch after travelling.
The room itself was so comfortable, and we both had some of the best nights' sleep of our entire trip. You can tell real thought went into decorating the place; we especially loved all the art and pictures on the walls, giving it so much charm and character.
Breakfast each morning was spot on,not over the top, just a really fresh, delicious spread to start the day. Plus, the location couldn't be better for wandering around and exploring Lucca on foot.
My husband and I couldn’t recommend Hotel Diana enough if you're planning a trip here. We’d happily stay again in a heartbeat!

QQing Qing1This place is a 12-minute walk from the train station. The room was pretty basic, like a guesthouse in China. The shower area was tiny, and the air conditioning kept dripping water. It was too late to contact anyone, so I just went to sleep. The video shows the dripping AC unit.
