First time staying here. The hotel's location is very convenient, the service is super friendly, and it's clean. The room felt very safe and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and professional, showing warmth from check-in to check-out. Overall, the environment, facilities, and service all exceeded expectations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation experience.

I just ove this hotel! The cleanliness, the ambience, the lobby were cosy and calming. For economic rate, The bedroom is spacious enough, lying in nice bed with side table and powerpoint feels like home. Surprisingly, they also have desk with ergonomic chair. Wifi, smart tv were good and updated. The best part i love here most is the bathroom with good hot shower!! It’s 10/10.

I would like to file a complaint about an evening staff member. I arrived at around 9pm, and the staff member (a slightly overweight man) showed a very poor attitude. We had already called earlier to inform that we would check in late and requested to stay in the same room for two nights. However, he responded impatiently, saying it wasn’t him who answered the call and that he couldn’t help. I understand system limitations, but there was no need for him to raise his voice and sound confrontational. His behavior was unprofessional.

The jug water heater is broken 😞..tv got RTM channel only. The floor was too slippery and the table got dust. But it is near the MRT and hospital so considered good location strategic👍.

The place is great, it's near the Mall and other stores. Perfect for solo traveler who just got to Kuala Lumpur and want to stay for mean time near the airport of Kuala Lumpur.

Clean and tidy with complete facilities. However, the bed sags in the middle and is not suitable for resting; it made my body ache. They should replace the bed immediately.

Good location, plenty of food and minimarket around the area. Easy excess to major roads. Room is super clean. Everything work fine.
