Pros: Ada automated check out check in system, ada front desk staff. Dalam bilik ada jag air dan dua cawan. Washroom is clean.  Cons: Parking limited (paid street parking). Some rooms have limited space, no heater no hair dryer. Tv got only one channel (most of the rooms) and no sound kahkah

Service highlights include: 24-hour front desk, express check-in/check-out, multilingual staff, etc. Location highlights: Close to a gas station, near attractions/business districts/shopping malls, and the surrounding area is safe and quiet. However, there isn't a convenience store nearby, but if you don't mind, you can grab a coffee at the Starbucks located at the gas station.

Stayed at One Avenue Hotel and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel provides free parking at LG2, which is very convenient, especially if you’re driving. One of the highlights was the complimentary Malaysian-style breakfast — simple but satisfying. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the overall experience even better. Do note that a refundable deposit of RM50 is required upon check-in, which is returned during checkout. Another plus point is the convenient location, with mamak stalls nearby for late-night food and a 99 Speedmart within walking distance for any essentials. Overall, a great value stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and there were no strange odors. The attention to detail in terms of hygiene was excellent. The facilities were complete, with stable air conditioning and hot water. The soundproofing in the room was decent. Regarding service, the front desk handled check-in efficiently, and the staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The location was also quite convenient. All in all, it offers great value for money, and I would choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

3 days 2 nights stay, booked room with window, but the railing was broken so the curtain cannot be hung. Need to hang the curtain using cloth pegs. Curtain also dirty and has holes. TV also not working, told the reception (4 times) about it, the fifth time i told again, the reception said that the technician went to my room but i was not in. But still, no one came to check on the TV whenever I was in the room. On my last day, all the electricity in my room shut down when i slot the access card. I went down to the reception (mind you there was no room phone), and one technician is sent to my room to check on the problem. I even asked about the TV, and the technician said, oh the TV is not working for so long already. The reception knows about it (according to the technician). No wonder no one is sent to my room to check on the TV. I stayed in room 6, first floor. Facing the street and parking

good location and easy to book. air conditionting is quite slow to get the cool air. water heater functioning very well. however, if you need hot water, need to go down to lobby as the hot water came from the coway water dispenser. overall, everything looks fine

The facilities were good, but the location isn't ideal for drivers. It's better suited for backpackers or those without a car, as there's no parking available, making it more convenient for pedestrians. The check-in experience wasn't great. Perhaps that's the nature of digital service, but basic reception etiquette is a must, especially in the service industry. Unless it's a self-check-in process, that's a different story. Serving customers while snacking is a service attitude that needs to be reviewed. Thank you.

The hotel room is good with a window and has a bathroom attached. Location is nearby to Atria mall where there are lot of eating shops and restaurants. Though the hotel is away from city centre. Staff Md Numan helped me to take printouts. I recommend for the stay if you are staying near Kuala Lumpur
