I had a wonderful stay at The Canvas Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping and dining options. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klang. I will definitely come back again! 🌟🏨💕

Best for a one night stay. The hotel is located around 20 mins away from KLIA2 there's not many people around there but still okay. The whole room smelled like cigarettes, even the towels had the smell lingered to it. I didn't stay a night, I only had booked for a place to rest and put down my bags. Overall cheap, but not so great if you're thinking of staying more than a day or two.

normal room and nice price room size is enough for two people got many parking place And the parking lot is safe because it near the road Front desk is open all the time So u can check in easier The room is quiet enough for sleeping

This did not significantly affect the stay but may be noticeable for guests who are particular about cleanliness. Despite being located near a tourist area, the hotel was relatively quiet at night, allowing for a good night's rest. I would like to file a complaint about an evening staff member. I arrived at around 9pm, and the staff member (a slightly overweight man) showed a very poor attitude. We had already called earlier to inform that we would check in late and requested to stay in the same room for two nights. However, he responded impatiently, saying it wasn’t him who answered the call and that he couldn’t help. I understand system limitations, but there was no need for him to raise his voice and sound confrontational. His behavior was unprofessional.

The place is great, it's near the Mall and other stores. Perfect for solo traveler who just got to Kuala Lumpur and want to stay for mean time near the airport of Kuala Lumpur.
