Really enjoyed my stay here. The gardens are teeming with birds and I saw wild Toucans. The restaurant is great and the food is good. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the Mayan ruins. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had to cancel part of my trip because my mother was in the hospital and they refused to refund despite me providing proof,which is a shame. I stayed there one night still and it was very colorful although I only stayed a little while I cannot comment on much more.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable room and great location. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom doesn’t have a vent, so if you want better ventilation, you’ll have to open the window wide but that means outside can see in.

Great hotel.Very atmospheric.Interestingly decorated hall.Clean, close to the center,but not noisy,water hot is,in the tea hall, coffee free.One minus in the evening is cold (coats are saved),but so everywhere. No heating.

Elegant, beautifully designed, well-kept, uncomplicated and very friendly, helpful staff. Secured parking just around the corner.

This was a comfortable hotel. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water with good pressure.

Palenque is a tourist city with more European and American customers. This hotel is a family hotel, small, clean and steep.
