I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for several days, and overall, my experience was very satisfying. From the moment I arrived until check-out, the service provided by the hotel staff was highly professional, friendly, and helpful. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and clearly explained the available facilities. The hotel's location is also one of its main advantages. It's strategically situated and easily accessible. There are various amenities nearby, such as restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls, and public transport stations. This made my travels much easier, as I didn't have to spend a lot of time moving from one place to another. The room provided was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. As soon as I entered, I felt a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The bed was incredibly soft and provided quality sleep throughout my stay. Furthermore, the air conditioning worked well, the room lighting was sufficient, and the interior design looked modern and neat. Facilities like a television, safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and Wi-Fi connection were all in good working order. The hotel's cleanliness level was also very satisfying. The bathroom was always clean, the floors were well-maintained, and toiletries were fully provided. The towels were clean and regularly replaced by housekeeping. I also found public areas like the lobby, corridors, and elevators to be consistently tidy and well-kept. Regarding food, the breakfast offered a relatively diverse selection. There were local and international dishes suitable for various tastes. Food was constantly refilled, and the restaurant staff always ensured the dining area was clean. The food quality and taste were also satisfactory. While there are some menu items that could be improved, overall, the dining experience at this hotel was good. Other facilities provided also added value to my stay. The swimming pool was clean and suitable for the whole family. The fitness center was also equipped with sufficient basic equipment for daily workouts. Additionally, the stable internet access made it easy for me to handle work matters and stay connected with family and friends throughout my time at the hotel. What I appreciated most was the hotel staff's readiness to assist. All my questions and requests were handled quickly and professionally. They demonstrated a high level of customer service and always strived to ensure guests felt comfortable during their stay. However, there were a few minor things that could be improved. These include slightly long elevator wait times during peak hours and somewhat limited parking options when the hotel is full. Nevertheless, these issues did not significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The combination of a strategic location, comfortable rooms, high cleanliness standards, good food, and friendly service from the staff makes this hotel an excellent choice for both leisure and business travel. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family, friends, and anyone looking for comfortable and quality accommodation. If I have the opportunity in the future, I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The entire guesthouse was spotlessly clean, and the decor was warm and stylish. The host was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions about local attractions and how to get around. The location is excellent, with food, drinks, and entertainment all within easy reach.

No pictures to share. The location is very good and easy to find. The lounge area is spacious but only has two chairs. The carpet isn't clean enough to sit on. The bathroom is okay, but the toilet isn't clean, and no slippers were provided for the toilet. The pump was broken. The bedsheets and towels smelled sour, as if they hadn't been dried properly. In my opinion, the cube sleeping area is only suitable for small people. Check-in and check-out were easy. Information from the owner was very fast and accurate.

The overall experience of my stay was great. The hotel environment was quiet, and the room decor was simple but very comfortable. The bedding was clean, and the hygiene was excellent, making for a very reassuring stay. Every day, coming back to the room felt relaxing, without any pressure. The hotel's surroundings also offered great amenities. There were many food stalls and restaurants nearby with a wide variety of choices, all at very affordable prices. There was no need to specially take a ride to find food. Whether it was for breakfast, lunch, or a late-night snack, meals were easily sorted. With its convenient location, clean environment, and high value for money, it was a very satisfying accommodation experience. If I'm ever in this area again, I would consider staying here once more.

Not great at all. The room was quite small, and the sheets had stubborn stains that wouldn't wash out. The facilities were so old, I'd never seen a water heater like it – it made a weird whirring noise when turned on. And there was no hairdryer in the entire hotel! No hairdryer, I just don't understand!! Luckily, we brought our own toothbrushes and other toiletries because they weren't provided. Paying over 200 RMB on Trip.com for this was really not worth it. It's comparable to a 70 RMB hotel back home. However, to be fair, the location is very convenient, within walking distance to the mural street, Peranakan Museum, and other attractions.

For travellers who travel by train, the location is excellent, walkable to the train station. Why walk when you can get a grab car easily? To walk off all the rich food we eat! The hotel is also within walking distance to the ferry terminal (Penang Sentral). So if you arrive via ferry from Georgetown, no problem! I walked to the ferry terminal to take a ferry to Georgetown! Adding to the convenience, there is a supermarket and self service laundromat near the hotel. The hotel has a lift, which is convenient, if you are assigned a higher floor. No need to carry yourself and your luggage to your room. But no chance to work off the extra calories. I'm not complaining, though Reception is 24 hours. I had to leave very early as I had an early train to catch, but was able to collect back the RM50 deposit. Oh yes, RM2 was collected during check in. Trip.com had informed me at the time of booking, so this is not a surprise to me The room that was assigned to me is spacious. The bathroom is well laid out. Shower on one side, WC on another side and sink in the middle. Shower gel was provided. Shampoo was not provided. It might be because the gadget for the shampoo container was broken. I booked a windowless room. But because it was spacious, I did not miss not having a window. I paid a higher price for my room, I don't know why my receipt showed a much lower price. In summary, I would stay in this hotel again if I go again to Butterworth Pictures 1: Aircon lobby - such a welcomed relief when coming in from the hot and humid weather 2. The hotel's room rated 3. The room was pretty good, but it was a shame there was only one pair of pillows and they were too soft. I forgot to take photos, but the overall experience was still quite good. The location is also convenient for getting around, though parking spaces are a bit limited.

A decent option for an overnight stay near the airport. It has good air conditioning, two ceiling fans, a shower with hot water, nice bedding and towels. There's a water cooler with hot and cold water (located in the smoking area), and an iron available at the front desk. They immediately provided a plug adapter at reception upon request. The staff are friendly. A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs 10-15 ringgit. Regarding the downsides: you have to take off your shoes at the hotel entrance, but they provide a shoe locker with a key to keep them secure. I was also given a room whose window faced the reception, specifically it was right behind the receptionist's back, but it was quiet at night and I managed to get a good night's sleep, so that didn't bother me.

I checked in here for three nights. The location is excellent. A 50 RM cash deposit is required. There are only two floors, and no elevator. My room was never cleaned, and the towels were never changed, nothing at all. The room has air conditioning, but the remote sometimes doesn't work; there's also a fan. There was a window, but it was the kind that didn't let any light in. The shower is communal and located in the toilet, where soap and shampoo are also provided.
