Conveniently located near the bus terminal and ferry pier. Buses are available to the airport, cable car station, and national park. Highly, highly, highly recommend staying here for a durian trip!

This accommodation is incredibly close to the pier – you step right out and there it is! It's also very convenient if you're traveling by bus, as it's near the bus station. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, and there's an iron available. The only downside is that it's not close to a convenience store.

We had an impressive stay here. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The room was neat and clean with a lot of space in bathroom. Worth the price!

I like how the price is affordable and the staff is friendly, but I wish there was more amenities, such as complimentary body wash and shampoo, hand towels and extra toilet paper (so we don't have to keep asking). Unfortunately, the sink was quite smelly as well. I suspect there is something wrong with the drainage system as it keeps emitting a sewage-like smell. This was the one big negative I experienced. Overall, it's not bad for the price, but if you can afford to upgrade to another hotel, then I would do just that.

Convenient location especially so for those who are familiar with public transport. The bus terminal is directly opposite. After a day of travelling, most buses will bring you back to jetti terminal. Near to all popular eateries. Some rooms in Hotel18 have great view of the ferry and bus terminal. Sun rise and sun set are perfect time to take photos from the room.
