The hostel is about a 20-30 minute walk from the center. It's best to get a room at the back, as it's on a street. Overall, it's very clean. However, towels are not included in the price; they cost €7 for two. Bed linen is free, but the beds aren't made, unlike other hostels. A lockable locker is available; you can get a key on-site. Behind the building is a large parking lot, which is officially prohibited or subject to a fee. I parked there for two nights for free. There are also parking spaces on the street, but these are subject to a fee during the day.

We only stayed at Ostello Bello Bologna for one night, but everything was really great! The room itself was quite spacious, with a large bathroom. It was clean, and there were three sets of towels and fresh linens provided. The hotel's location was super convenient! We arrived at the train station from the airport and reached the hotel in a short amount of time. The neighborhood felt very pleasant, and even when returning late at night, we had no safety concerns whatsoever. We absolutely loved the service at the reception! The lady from Finland was incredibly friendly and communicative! Her positive attitude made an excellent first impression. We also tried the complimentary welcome cocktails, and they were super! I'd also like to mention that the hotel itself is very stylish and clean. I particularly liked the common lounge area with a terrace, where you can relax away from the city's hustle and bustle. All in all, I recommend it 100 percent – you definitely won't regret it!

The hotel is situated just a stone throw away from the Piacenza train station. Bus stops are just 1 minute walk away which allow one to get around the city easily. Given that Piacenza is just 45 mins ish by train to Milano Lambrate station, it is a viable option for people who wants to do day trips to Milano. The room has all the essentials. TV (access to local channels), stocked mini-fridge, in-room WiFi access. In terms of bath room, basic toiletries are provided together with hair dryer. Hot water supply for showers are consistent in temperature. Check-in process by using a link in email sent by hotel owner. Point of improvement: would have appreciated more presence of reception staff for addressing questions on getting around the city, suggestions on places of interest to visit and recommendations of restaurants (offering traditional - typical dishes of the region).

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily and quite thoroughly. Yes, not every corner is spotless, but I rarely see this level of cleanliness in a multi-bed room. My favorite part was the really great bar at the entrance with a cozy terrace where you could sit. Prices were very reasonable. Only small downside was that the hotel hosts also school classes. There was quite a bit of noise around our room, even after midnight.

It's a relatively old hotel, but the location is decent: a 5-minute walk to the beach, 20 minutes to the Old Bridge, and 20 minutes to the train station. Service was acceptable; the two male receptionists didn't speak English, but the older one was quite friendly. The rooms were basic; the bathroom lacked a separate shower and toilet, and there was only one power outlet in the entire room. The Wi-Fi was very weak and frequently dropped. My favorite part was the small terrace, but it faced west, making it very hot in the afternoon. The air conditioner couldn't be regulated, so the direct airflow was uncomfortable. Overall, however, it was not bad and offered good value for money.

I like this hotel very much, I stay for the second time and my mother booked. Excellent price for such location. From the balcony you can see the sea, it is across the road. Shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean, all fresh, good bathroom room. I'll come again.

ホテルは駅にも近く、スーパーなども近隣にあって便利です。従業員の全員が英語を話せるわけではありませんが、意思の疎通は問題ありませんでした。カギは、出入りの際にフロントに預けます。直ぐ近くにカラビニエリ（イタリアの国家警察で普通の警察とは異なります）のビルもあって治安は完璧です。私は三泊しました。次回もこのホテルに泊まりたいですね。

Son tornato per la seconda volta. Mi piace la struttura, l'ambiente e l'energia che si respira in questo ostello. Bella l'idea della pasta offerta alcune sere. Ottima la serata BBQ con prezzo di 7 euro per il panino. Se hai anche bisogno di un ombrellone per la spiaggia libera lo puoi prendere in prestito gratuitamente.

距離火車站還是比較近的，因為沒有行李，步行了約10來分鐘，旅館中規中矩，就是我的房間不帶衞生間，是公用的，雖然就在房間隔壁，但是晚上還是有點怕怕，位置倒是挺方便，距離鑽石宮和城堡都挺近的

The hotel is comfortable and has a good price quality. Of course there are elements that justify the cost of the common bathroom and the second floor without lift. However, for what I needed, it went great. Private parking, clean structure, breakfast included, friendly staff. With a half-hour walk, you will reach the historic centre. I would do it again.
