It’s hard to know where is a good place to stay in Riyadh. But thanks to their excellent metro system and cheap taxis you can actually stay in most areas and be connected as it is a HUGE city well spread out. This hotel was great. Very modern and a stupendous breakfast full of Saudi and world cuisines. Staff frindly and check in 24 hours which is handy when your flight arrives at 3am! Thanks for the lovely stay.
The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were also of good quality. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to King's Centre, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the Sky Bridge. Breakfast was delicious too. The staff were very enthusiastic. They quickly helped me find scissors when I unexpectedly needed them. Highly recommended! (P.S. I booked last-minute and received confirmation within 20 minutes.) The room itself was decent, and the hotel's interior was okay. However, the surrounding neighborhood and exterior are really bad, resembling a migrant worker area. It felt quite unsafe, and at night, there was constant noise from horns. Everyone should think twice before booking here.
Feeling pretty good! The hotel itself is quite new, and the breakfast spread is excellent. However, there aren't many dining options around, so the area isn't very bustling.
I stayed 3 nights in a King standard and had their breakfast buffet - both room and food was very good. The staff were exceptional - friendly, polite and quick to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The business lounge was a great place to do some work. And I was very happy to use their gym which was available for both women and men all times. Their lobby lounge was also a nice space to relax. They hosted a cultural event for the Founder’s Day holiday which was nice to feel like we were part of the celebration. The neighbourhood also had many options for good eating. I would stay here again if I come back to Riyadh.
[”The National Library is directly opposite, and the subway station entrance is just 50 meters to your right as you step out. It's incredibly convenient for transportation.”,”The breakfast selection was very limited and not tasty.”,”The air conditioning was very noisy.”,”The room was quite spacious and reasonably clean.”]
The room is very quiet and tidy, the waiter is good, the surrounding environment is also good, the breakfast variety is OK, the hotel can book Chinese food, the taste is OK, it is convenient to go out and take a taxi.
The room was fairly clean, and there was a gym and a 10-meter swimming pool, but the breakfast didn't suit Chinese tastes. It's a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and there's a McDonald's and a decent Italian restaurant nearby.

Great
GGuest UserThe breakfast was very rich. The room is not particularly big, but it is ok. The location is good, there is a subway station downstairs, McDonald's and some other local restaurants and small supermarkets not far away, and it is not far from the city center.
GGuest UserArrived at the hotel late, i found my room ready!
The room is clean, the staff are friendly and I loved the room design. Good choice for families.
TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.
MMarsyahaimiIt was located in the mid city. So,expectation with traffic should be there. Luxurius design. Moderate service. We encounter with toilet flush mulfunctional multiple times and need to ask for maintanence to fix it. Other than that, the valet parking was available, for the guest to park their vehicle during the stay.

QQiqiaoban29The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are relatively small. I was a bit surprised that the twin room had a 0.8m bed. However, the service was quite good, and the breakfast was also very good. There were many local foods, and the bread tasted quite different from Western food. The cheese at breakfast was excellent!
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right next to Kingdom Centre and Kingdom Mall, and close to the subway station (though I never used it). The building is very prominent; you can basically use it as a landmark to find your way around the bustling downtown area. The front desk is odd, slanted, and quite small. It might be a business hotel, as there were many Caucasians discussing work in the lobby, and plenty of sofa areas for meetings. When I arrived, I requested a high-floor room, but they wouldn't switch it, claiming I arrived too late. The next day, I tried again, and they said they were fully booked. There was a noticeable difference in their attitude towards Chinese guests. The hospital across the street seems abandoned and desolate, and there's a building under construction next door, so the noise was significant. The decor is quite clean and simple. Breakfast was average—nothing special but not terrible either. The cleanliness was decent, though it's the usual standing in the bathtub to shower, haha. I really don't understand this about hotels in the Middle East.
MMadinaAmazing hotel!
Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request.
Room has a work table with stationery.
Good toiletries and comfy bathrobes are provided. Concierge service is outstanding.
The location is slightly far from all the main tourist attractions, so bear this in mind.
Will definitely stay here again if traveling to Riyadh.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is good, although it is on the highway and it is a bit noisy at night. But the room is relatively large, the facilities inside are OK, and the breakfast is also good. It would be better if the price could be lower
