The hotel's location is excellent close to King Faisal's specialist hospital. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but furniture needs change because they are old because the door-dressers don't stop, and the staircase is broken.

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

Except that the upstairs was under renovation until very late when we checked in, everything else was fine.

The hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

The room was a bit small, but for the price, it was acceptable. Breakfast was delivered to the room due to Ramadan, and the portions were generous. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, there were visible stains on the pillows, and I broke out in a rash the next day. The design of the bathroom faucet is a bit flawed, as water tends to splash everywhere.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its excellent location. It is within walking distance of the Al Wurod 2 Metro Station, making it easy and convenient to explore the city. The facilities were outstanding...clean, modern, and well-maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations and contributed to a comfortable and pleasant experience. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. Every meal was enjoyable, and dining at the hotel became one of the highlights of our stay. The service was exceptional. A special thank you to the receptionist, Kawsar, who was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. She made the check-in process quick and seamless and was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Her professionalism and kindness truly made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, outstanding hospitality, delicious food, excellent facilities, and a convenient location close to the metro.

It was amazing stay that I wish I could stay longer. Everything is nice and tidy. Highly recommended for business travelers especially. The location is great and convenient.

A beautiful and distinctive hotel with a moderate price. The reception was excellent, and special thanks go to Talal Asiri. They offer great services, restaurants, and a lovely swimming pool.

Excellent staff — very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, and the team kindly arranged an early room, which was greatly appreciated. I can’t thank the staff at check-in, the restaurant, and room service enough for their hospitality, kindness, and respect. The room was large, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable king bed, plenty of power outlets, quiet and efficient air-conditioning, and good amenities. The buffet breakfast was very good, with daily variety, fresh juices, an omelette station cooked to order, a good bread selection, and decent machine coffee. Location as with 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions and malls. Ubers and Bolt was ready available. Sky bridge was walkable during cold but would be a challenge during the hot season. Down points: • Premium room was expected to be on a higher floor, but the room faced the roof line with no view. • Shower head would not stay in position and kept sliding down. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, with only minor room issues.
