The room was clean and overall okay for the price. Service was good and the staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioning wasn't working efficiently and the room didn't cool down enough. This made sleeping a little uncomfortable, especially during the warmer nights. I would suggest getting the AC units serviced.

5. It was a wonderful stay experience! the host, rito, took care of the entire experience and ensured that each moment of the stay was fun, endearing and filled with adventure! his recommendations were bang on! tapas, the restaurant manager was absolutely amazing, fast and quick to understand and apprehend the food cravings! even though i was staying alone, not one of my meals were lonely since the staff, especially tapas would make it a point to converse every-time and fill the dining experience with small gestures like getting my coffee right even before i said, to make me feel at home! the bonfires by rito and the zostellers, followed by the late night jamming sessions are something that i am going to sorely missing till my next trip! zostel munnar had been an incredible choice for the city!

This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere.

Amazing
NNipa.SmithPlace was peaceful, clean and comfortable. The location was great, near the beach and restaurants, with a bus to Alappay at the end of the road. Breakfast was fine. Communications were a bit lacking. We asked if they did laundry, they said yes but we couldn't seem to actually get it done. Breakfast time was hit and miss. There was a surveillance camera on a pillar two meters away pointing at our balcony, which seemed a bit weird. To be honest we wouldn't stay there again, but that was just our experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is new and clean. There is no point in posting photos, because all the photos on tripcom are true. All the furniture is new and in excellent condition. Air conditioners, fans - everything works. There is also hot water, you need to wait a little until it drains. There is a refrigerator (new, odorless), an electric kettle, a TV (we did not turn it on, we do not know if it works or not). Soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo are provided upon check-in. All this in small format. The service in the hotel is no worse than in Europe. They helped with any issue that arose. We have not seen such an attitude towards tourists for a long time. We have been traveling around Asia for 8 years, we have something to compare with. This hotel is the best of those we have been to. It is far from the beaches. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. But if you take a moped, there should be no problems. The hotel has a parking lot. And 24-hour security. We arrived at the hotel very early, check-in was done without extra charge for early check-in. Breakfast: vegetarian buffet. Our rating for the hotel and its staff is 10 out of 10!

IInbaraj SuppiahGreat convenient hotel right at the airport. Pretty useful since all the flights from Kuala Lumpur to Cochin are at night. We landed, slept here and then headed out to the city the next morning. I paid for 2 rooms but the gave me only 1 so had to wait for a bit to clear up the mix up. Cleanliness was good but could be better.
