The hotel’s location is about 25 mins walk from the stations (bus and train). And is just a minute or two from Plaza Mayor. When checking in, check your email as they might have sent you instructions on how to get in. Otherwise, call them through the phone number provided as there might be a time wherein the staff is occupied with another task. There is no receptionist that can assist you whenever but they are very accommodating when you call them.

It is most convenient to take a taxi between the train station. If you leave in the morning, the hotel staff can help to book a taxi. Cáceres is a unique city worth visiting. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station but there are not many hotels close to the train station so that is not really an option. La habitación disponía de todo tipo de servicios como secador, plancha y tabla, gel, peine, cepillo dientes, jabones, etc..Dormimos muy bien, me encanto la calidad de las sábanas. La habitación estaba muy limpia. La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionaron estupendamente.
