2-Star Hotels in Balearic Islands, Spain

The location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin.

Nice hotel, personal are kind and helpful. Room clean and tidy, unfortunately no fridge in the room or any other amenities than soap, it was in summer and there was air conditioning to cool down temperature. Unfortunately no breakfast or restaurant and a small pool, but overall clean and nice play to stay, around 11min walk to the beach.

Good location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, restaurants and supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the bus terminal. Studio is fully furnished except for a washing machine. Room is small but with enough space to put your luggage. The toilet is rather small and you have to manoeuvre yourself to close the door. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyed my stay here but for the price paid it was not good value for money. Guest would feel more welcomed with complimentary water, beverages and facial tissues when they stepped into the room. Even much smaller hotels welcomed their guests with complimentary water and sweets.

Not bad at all! It's quite convenient for a one-night stay in Palma's city center. The environment is clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. The lockers can be accessed using the room key card, which is very handy. Just one minor point: the air conditioning was set quite low, but only a single sheet was provided, so it could get a bit chilly at night.

The hotel is a mere 100 m away from the sea and a few minutes' walk from a great number of bars and restaurants. The town itself can be reached by the direct airport bus, which you can't say about everywhere in Mallorca, especially not on the East coast of the island. Our breakfast was in the nearby Playa Blanca Hotel and we had a view of the pool. We had car parking for free in and around the disused mini golf course in the back. It was very reasonably priced rates for mid July high season, including breakfast. The only downside was the check-in process - we did NOT know that we were meant to go to the nearby Playa Blanca hotel to check in, so when you arrive at 2.30am (our flight was nearly 3 hours late) you could be a bit puzzled as to what to do and where to go. You live, you learn.

Written originally on 26th April: Carolina checked us in, and answered all of our questions - such a great help and very kind too. We also needed help with something and she came to the room promptly! Air con and heating works well in room, and the room is clean and spacious too. Masjid nearby too. We were checked-out on Friday 26th April with heartwarming farewells by Yasmina and Jessica, we couldn't be happier with our stay at the hotel thanks to the hospitality, care and friendliness of all the staff we encountered throughout the days. Yasmina gave fantastic suggestions for our time on the Island. She listened well to our needs and we had an enjoyable time chatting about life on the island. I wish all staff well, and please extend our thanks to the staff!

I had a very pleasant stay at Suncoast Ibiza Hotel. The location is excellent — close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, while still being comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and perfect for adults looking for a relaxing getaway. The facilities are fairly basic, which is why I didn’t give full marks, but everything essential was available and worked well. Overall, it offers very good value for money and is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ibiza. I would happily stay here again. 🌴☀️🍹

My partner and I went, and the hotel is very well located. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet; there's a wide variety of food, including fruit, eggs, bread, and both lactose-free and regular milk. The room was very nice, spacious, and quite clean. The hotel also has vending machines, which is great if it's late. I highly recommend it!

The hostel is funny and very clean. The only problem is the bunk bed to up. Who has difficult is really necessary to get below! The staff is likeable and very nice

On top 10 minutes walk from the beach, the only inconvenient is that the room is not out but there was a view of the pool, I've spent five days and sincerely it was super clean at the top
