The hotel is great, and the surrounding area is very convenient, close to the metro station. The front desk service is excellent; the staff was very patient. We were able to store our luggage for free after check-out, which was a nice option. Good value for money, highly recommend.

There was a strange smell when I first entered the room, but it got much better after I turned on the AC and aired it out for a while. It's probably because the room had been closed up for too long and lacked ventilation. You can tell the facilities are a bit dated, but overall, everything else was quite good.

The room was pretty good, quite clean and hygienic with no unpleasant smells, which was a plus. You can head straight down to the beach, where there's a small rock pool area perfect for kids to catch little crabs and fish.

It's located in a residential area, with dining options, which is pretty good. There are also night views... We even caught a flower festival nearby... Everything was great, really good!

The hotel is very nice and modern. We got a room at 21st floor and the view was pretty good, especially at night. The location is also great as you’re at a 5 minutes walk from a shopping mall, so you can easily find food and groceries.

I stayed here in mid-April. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located near many food options and excellent transportation links. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job; my room was spotless and odor-free, and they were very kind. The room size was perfect for two people, and having three or four international power outlets was a huge plus. The 1.2-meter desk was very convenient, and there was still plenty of space to move around even with two large suitcases. The window offered great natural light, though I didn't open it. The service staff were friendly, polite, and proactively helpful. The elevator ran smoothly. This hotel is an excellent choice for business trips or travel. It's about a 5-minute taxi ride to Shenzhen North Station, costing less than 14 RMB. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent, and the location was convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic; highly recommended. The hotel's decor was simple, and the windows could be opened for good ventilation.

Pros-Clean and international standard, fast check in and check out. Walking distance of about 15 minutes from the train station, which has buses going to the High Speed Train Station. Cons-No much choice of foods nearby as compared to the more active area across the river where walking streets and recreational parks are located. You may need to walk across the bridge and take public buses to go there.

The room exceeded my expectations. It's beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. All the amenities are well-stocked and neatly arranged. The view is expansive, and there's excellent natural light and ventilation. The service attitude was also great, and it offers fantastic value for money. Definitely a five-star review!

Great value for money! The check-in was swift and the front desk staff were helpful. The room was big and spacious, comfy bed and pillows, clean toilet that comes with soft towels. Also, it's walkable distance to Line 2 Dongcheng Metro Station (Exit B). This line can take you to the Dongguan Station and Humen Station.
