The room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. They introduced me to nearby attractions and delicious restaurants. The hotel is also very convenient for transportation. You can easily get a taxi right outside, and it's also convenient to order takeout if you don't want to go out.

The hotel is indeed very old, with dilapidated facilities and dim lighting. It should be planned to operate at low cost. Good location, in the city center, not far from West Lake. However, there are still few food options nearby, and we mainly rely on a few fast food restaurants to fill our stomachs. The service was good. Considering the price, it's generally okay.

Best location for airport transit. The airport drop offered by the hotel is commendable. The front desk receptionist girl was very helpful in the early morning hours in arranging an alternate vehicle for us and in loading our baggage. Yet, the hotel management needs to take care of overall cleanliness and make over of the rooms and especially the front lounge.
