The hotel is great! The duplex apartment is really well-designed and clean. Downstairs, there's a food court and a Changdachang supermarket, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also close to Seven Star Crags, making it easy to visit attractions. It's a fantastic experience for families traveling with kids!

The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic! It's within walking distance to the Guangdong Provincial Museum, the Grand Theater, Canton Tower, the Financial Center, and various shopping malls and metro stations. You can get to all of them with a leisurely stroll. The room itself is incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy. In an industry where most hotel twin rooms offer 1.35-meter beds, having 1.5-meter beds was a huge plus – they were so comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly. Super thumbs up! 👍🏻 All the amenities provided were also very practical and useful. The service was absolutely, incredibly, wonderfully superb! The staff were so thoughtful and patient. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This will definitely be my go-to choice for future trips to Guangzhou.

The room faces the sea and is a sea-view room with an unbeatable view! The butler service was excellent. Since I was traveling with two young children, I frequently troubled the butler to bring things, and they always had a great attitude, were very dedicated to their service, always accommodating, and answered all our questions! This will be my top choice next time I want to see a sea view in Yangjiang!!

Umi Boutique Apartment is absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their service was exceptional. They even upgraded my room, which made me so happy! I have to say, the decor here is just perfect – very on-trend with the 'cream style' everyone loves right now. The bedding is super comfy too. The room itself is gorgeous, and I loved being able to lie on the soft bed and watch movies. It offers amazing value for money, truly a no-brainer to book. Plus, they provide disposable towels, which is a really thoughtful touch.

It's a budget hotel near West Lake (Xihu) catering for lots of local Chinese tourists. We were allocated a quiet room and we had a peaceful and good sleep for two nights. We visited two major attractions: Shui Dong Street and Xihu lake. Since it was CNY holiday in China, there were so many people and the roads were packed with cars. The front desk ladies are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and always ready to help. Their service is tip top and perfectly efficient. We also met one young guy at the counter who is equally efficient. Thank you very much for your kind service. The room is well-equipped. Rubber slippers are only provided by request. The towels are all santised and clean. Right opposite the hotel is the morning market and just a little walk into the middle of the market you could find a small shop selling delicious wantons and shui jiao (dumplings). The hotel is reachable by public buses#15 plus others and will stop at NanTan 南坛Bus Stop, just 50m away from the hotel.

Highly recommend this apartment! The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to Dajiao Bay Beach, the beach is delicate, the sea is clean, the window is the first-line sea view, the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, the view is superb. The room is clean and tidy, no smell, comfortable bedding, complete appliances, simple kitchen cooking, living as warm as home. The landlord’s service is warm and thoughtful, sends check-in guidelines in advance, and also recommends the play route and reliable seafood shop, and the communication is smooth throughout the process. ✅ Simple Raiders ▪️ Attractions: Walk to Shili Yintan to watch the sunrise, free; punch in the mangrove wetland park, take the sea plank road super beautiful. ▪️ Food: Eat fresh seafood downstairs, try local pig intestines and Zhapo fish balls, and don't step on thunder at a cheap price. ▪️ Tips: Choose a high-rise sea view room with a better view; go to Mawei Island to watch the sunset in the evening, and it is beautiful. The price is full, next time you come to Hailing Island, you will still live here!

It instantly smoothed over a little travel hiccup. The upgraded room had a simple yet elegant decor, with fresh and pleasing color schemes that perfectly suited a younger aesthetic. The space felt open and uncrowded. The wall-mounted large-screen TV came with a free movie membership, offering tons of animated shows. As soon as my child walked in, they plopped down by the bed to watch cartoons, staying quiet and well-behaved, which made traveling with a kid so much easier. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a great view; by day, you could see city buildings, and at night, the outside view was full of atmosphere. Gazing out the window in my free time was incredibly therapeutic. The hotel's thoughtful details were especially heartwarming. Knowing we were traveling with a child, they had prepared a special kids' toothbrush and small slippers in advance, showing great consideration. They even gave us a fun little gift for the child. After carefully choosing a gift, my child was enthusiastic throughout the stay, and my impression of the hotel went through the roof. The central air conditioning maintained a stable temperature, the ceiling ambient lighting was soft, and the twin beds had clean, fluffy bedding with a medium-firm mattress, ensuring both adults and children slept soundly. The room was well soundproofed, so naps and nighttime rest were undisturbed. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the subway and a commercial area, making dining and shopping easy. Public laundry and a gym are also available. From the free room upgrade and movie membership to the children's amenities and thoughtful little gifts, you can see the care put into every detail. This experience was completely different from my previous stays, focusing on family travel, and it was both comfortable and delightful. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel when traveling with my child again.
