AAdel KLQWas disappointed when I called for the airport pick up as the lady said No English! How am I supposed to book if you don't speak English? This was the 1st hurdle.
2nd hurdle was room TV wasn't working and how would I called for help if they don't speak English right?
3rd hurdle was breakfast from 7-9am.
My flight was 8.30am
They arranged for my transfer at 5am. So, do I get to pack my brekkie? Lady said NO
So, I argued and then she showed me a papervag of juice and buns.
This hotel is outdated from the outlook and was originally called Super 8 hotel
Bedroom slippers was not new but rather recycled plastic slippers. Looks so unhygienic to use .
Booked this place due to their airport pick up/drop off that's all.
I'd rather book another hotel if you asked me.

GGuest UserThis homestay really surprised me! The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda, eating, drinking and having fun in one stop, the key is that the whole street downstairs is full of food stalls, from barbecue to sugar water shop to fried powder stall, the nightingale atmosphere is directly full, the fireworks are full, and the food is super satisfying.
More pleasantly, you can walk to the beach, and it is very pleasant to walk with the sea breeze in the evening. It is also very convenient to play in the water. The price is also very cheap, this location can get this price, the price is really nothing to say.
The only small episode is that there are occasional traffic jams around, especially on weekends and evenings. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves plan parking or staggered travel in advance. But the flaws are not concealed, the overall experience of living is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the landlord is also enthusiastic. I will choose this one next time, I really recommend it!

IIULIAN KOSTIUKThe hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped; my room even had a projector! There are also small balconies with a table—perfect for chatting in the morning or evening. By the way, the view is quite nice for a hotel located on the upper floors; they’ve set up a small park on the 18th floor, which looks lovely.
Another plus is the toilet—unusual for China—featuring a heated seat and even a bidet! I tried it for the first time ever, and it was great.
Also, there are no key cards for room access; everything works via a PIN code provided through WeChat (along with the Wi-Fi details). I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind.
As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.

GGuest UserI was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations.
The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy.
The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building.
For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet.
Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers.
There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests.
The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated.
The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall.
The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great.
For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. Hopefully this review helps anyone considering staying in the area.

实物与图片完全一致。老板当着我的面铺床单和枕套，让我对卫生情况非常放心。整体环境非常干净整洁，维护得也很好。因为我很重视健康，选择住宿时卫生是我最看重的因素之一，这里让我住得很安心。没有看到任何虫子或不干净的地方，如果你担心卫生问题，可以放心选择。
老板会说一些基础英语，人也非常热情。我刚从香港机场来到深圳北，他还主动提出可以带我熟悉一下周边环境。楼下和附近有很多吃的，我就在旁边吃了兰州拉面和臭豆腐，非常方便。
这家青旅位于一栋公寓楼内，是宿舍式布局。进门需要脱鞋，店家会提供室内拖鞋。公共区域有沙发和餐桌，提供免费饮用水，还有一次性牙刷和毛巾。我旅行时忘记带毛巾，这点对我来说非常贴心。卫生间是现代化的马桶，不需要蹲厕。
每个床位都有隐私帘和独立照明灯，床位旁边也有插座。Wi-Fi 信号稳定，没有任何问题。另外还提供免费洗衣服务，这对旅行者来说是很大的加分项。
店内有安静时间规定，所以晚上可以安心休息。我入住期间非常安静，也没有人打呼噜。老板还特意问我会不会打呼噜，可见他很照顾每位客人的感受。
其他住客都很礼貌、很安静。我是唯一的外国人，其他客人都是中国旅客，可能和我一样，当晚没买到火车票才临时入住。这里是无烟环境，我很喜欢这一点。
唯一的小缺点是对高个子来说床可能稍短。我身高183厘米（6英尺），需要稍微蜷着睡。床长大概180厘米左右，高个子可以提前考虑一下。不过整体来说还是可以接受的。
地理位置非常方便，就在火车站旁边。如果带行李，可以直接坐地铁到附近，我只花了2元人民币，完全没必要打车。第二天早上，我在附近买了猪肉包子和豆浆，老板也很友善，味道不错。
总的来说，4美元的价格性价比非常高。如果你在深圳北附近寻找一个干净、实惠又方便的住宿地点，这里是非常不错的选择。希望这条评价能帮到有需要的人。

The hygiene is meticulously maintained, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff are friendly, and it's convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

GGuonijiangLocation: The location is excellent, which is its biggest advantage. It's built right above Beijing Road subway station, so you can just head downstairs to explore Beijing Road in the evening.
Facilities: All the basic facilities are available. However, food delivery can't be brought up to the room, which is understandable for safety reasons, but it's a bit inconvenient.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was okay. But when I first entered, the dryer was drying duvet covers and such, so the room initially smelled strongly of laundry detergent. It went away after I stopped it, though.
Service: Check-in was quite straightforward.

All the appliances were fully equipped and worked great. The host was patient and communicative, provided clear check-in instructions, and was very responsive to any questions. The neighborhood is quiet, and the surrounding area offers convenient transportation, dining, and shopping. KKata Lilla TothVery dirty place. The common area for the ladies was full of trash, tables dirty and the bathroom dirty. The beds were hard, matresses very thin and for a tall person above 1.72m it is not advisable. They also have shelves at the head of the beds so if you are talles you will slam your head in those. The balcony was full of dirt and people's clothes. It was very hard to find and the front gate was locked and had to spend good amount of time with the security guards until they understood that I have a reservation. Basically these are big apartment buildings so some rooms will be in complex B, others complex C. The receptionist were kind but very disorganized. People in the common area were super unfriendly and actually rude. All in all, I don't recommend this place.
