The hotel is conveniently located near Exit C of Yannan subway station, making it easy to find. The front desk staff provided good service, and the beds were clean. However, it was incredibly noisy, very noisy. The soundproofing in the room was poor, and my room was close to the public laundry room. I could clearly hear everything: rooms being cleaned, other guests chatting and talking on the phone in the hallway, and the sound of toilets flushing in neighboring rooms. The door seemed to only block the view. Plus, every few minutes there was a 'thump, thump, thump' sound from upstairs, tormenting my ears regularly. The room cleaning was too frequent, and the 'do not disturb' sign was completely ignored. The cleaning staff even asked why I was always in the room and not going out... As someone with low energy, I felt quite offended. Couldn't you be a bit less intrusive about guests' privacy, especially when it doesn't affect your work?

It's a budget hotel near West Lake (Xihu) catering for lots of local Chinese tourists. We were allocated a quiet room and we had a peaceful and good sleep for two nights. We visited two major attractions: Shui Dong Street and Xihu lake. Since it was CNY holiday in China, there were so many people and the roads were packed with cars. The front desk ladies are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and always ready to help. Their service is tip top and perfectly efficient. We also met one young guy at the counter who is equally efficient. Thank you very much for your kind service. The room is well-equipped. Rubber slippers are only provided by request. The towels are all santised and clean. Right opposite the hotel is the morning market and just a little walk into the middle of the market you could find a small shop selling delicious wantons and shui jiao (dumplings). The hotel is reachable by public buses#15 plus others and will stop at NanTan 南坛Bus Stop, just 50m away from the hotel.

The room faces the sea and is a sea-view room with an unbeatable view! The butler service was excellent. Since I was traveling with two young children, I frequently troubled the butler to bring things, and they always had a great attitude, were very dedicated to their service, always accommodating, and answered all our questions! This will be my top choice next time I want to see a sea view in Yangjiang!!

It's located in a residential area, with dining options, which is pretty good. There are also night views... We even caught a flower festival nearby... Everything was great, really good!

My overall stay was a perfect 100%! The lobby has a refined atmosphere, and the room was spacious, bright, clean, and fresh. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was nice and quiet. The toiletries were comprehensive, there was plenty of hot water, and the internet speed was fast. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, paying great attention to detail. This place offers superb value for money and is my top choice for travel. I've already saved it for my next visit!

The location is excellent and the price is affordable, making this an excellent choice for a regular stay.

A staff accommodated my request for a low floor, as their lift is under repair, due to my advanced age. I enjoyed the located by the river. I had wonderful morning and evening walks along the river, till the flower market.

First time staying at this hotel in Guangzhou. The location is convenient, and the room is clean and hygienic. I really appreciate that the toilet and shower are separate. There's also a smart speaker (Xiao Du) in the room, which was a great touch. I had a very good experience and will definitely stay here again next time.

Highly recommend the 7 Days Inn Select (Dongcheng Wanda Plaza branch)! The location is fantastic, right next to Wanda Plaza. You can just step downstairs and you're in a bustling commercial area, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The smart facilities worked well, and the front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Great value for money, definitely my top choice for business trips or vacations.
