The hotel is safe, the food (dinner and breakfast) were exquisite, pool was open till late which was a big plus, the staff was very helpful. In front of the hotel there is a supermarket which is very useful. The only real bad thing about the hotel was an extremely slow internet connection. I expected to work remotely which was impossible.

Excellent experience for feeling like home, many possibilities to have a relaxing time and for family holidays. The room was very nice and you have the chance for asking for more blanquets, pillows or towels. Leonardo and all the team are involved on everything you need. Very nice and care with tourist, all the time. The concierge is not like a 5 stars hotel, is an all inclusive but no luxury

The hotel is beautifully located, is a few meters from the Black Point beach, the hotel is very large, the reception service is very good. Breakfast is simple and tasty. The room where I stayed is very large and clean. But the room access card had always to go to the reception to activate again, even leaving the card away from other cards and mobile, it was a disorder because the hotel is big and the room I stayed was very far from the reception. You need to make a rest outside the hotel, paint, make a hair again.

Toca da Coruja is very charming and in the middle of a beautiful preserved area. The “bangalos” are worth the upgrade, the outdoor bath tub is wonderful. Service was amazing, everyone was very nice but I wanted to highlight few employees that went above and beyond. Marcia and Viviane from the front desk were always very helpful and gave us great recommendations. Ninho always had a smile on his face and made sure to call us by our names every time he saw us - that was a special touch. Finally, the masseuse Tacia was amazing! Best massage I ever had in my life - and I’ve had quite a few. Amazing experience at Toca, from the beginning to the end, will come back again and recommend it to friends.

Good points hot shower and the swimming pool is good to sunbathe. However in two weeks I never saw the pool being cleaned there is no life guard and you have to pay to get a towel for a sun lounger. The food is ok but I missed breakfast last few days due to the lack of variety. The owners clearly put profit before service. For a tiny piece of tuna with skinny chips £10. The staff try their best and due to the fact that 99.9% of the guests are from Brazil the lack of English is vast amongst the staff. Rooms are basic I asked to pay extra rather be stuck in a tiny box with noisy air conditioning. The only thing I suggest is you pay extra and go for one of the more luxurious hotels if you can find one. This place is 2* tops and that is me being kind.

O hotel surpreende ao trazer um clima bucólico e tranquilo em suas instalações mesmo estando em uma localização privilegiada, próximo do Centro e das universidades (não tanto do aeroporto e do shopping). É possível um convívio próximo com a natureza nas áreas comuns, enquanto os quartos são bem equipados, incluindo sinal de internet de boa qualidade e TV por assinatura (embora faltem os canais Globosat disponíveis). O café da manhã é excepcional em variedade e qualidade. Há ainda uma compreensão acima da média sobre questões relativas ao check-in.

Quartos, local, comida, praia, ambientes, tudo simplesmente divino! Um pedacinho do céu próximo a Pipa. Foram dias incríveis e memoráveis, com certeza voltaremos.
