The owner was very nice and upgraded my room. The service was also excellent. The hotel is quite new, the TV can project images, the air conditioning is a perfect temperature, and the shower has a strong flow. There were two free bottles of water, free laundry, and the cleanliness was also very good. This alone is enough to give it a five-star rating, and the shortcomings can be ignored.

This e-sports hotel has a smooth computer without delay, the key mouse headphones have a good texture, the room is clean and odorless, the ventilation is good, the air conditioning is strong, the service is intimate, and the facilities are complete. A great choice for opening all night, the equipment performance is strong, the room is spacious and comfortable, the service is clean and tidy, and the overall experience is very good.

The decoration of the hotel is very much to my liking. I like the current style very much. The service of the ladies at the front desk is so good~ very enthusiastic! The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, there is also free mineral water provided, and the front desk also gave me a small gift 🎁 I like it very much, the price-performance ratio is very high, and I will come often in the future.

Location is very good. I appreciate the hotel taking the initiative to send us various images of where to go to find the hotel. Top marks for that. However the instruction to find the hotel can be improved. For example, 4 images were squeezed into one image and that image cannot be expanded. It is difficult to see the picture to identify the landmarks when one is not familiar with the place. Also instead of saying walk 50m after you exit the glass door and turn left. It turned out that it is more than 50m. A better way would be to say walk till you see the service counter and ask them for direction. The room is clean and good. However, it may not be suitable for guests who can be easily disturbed. The wash basin is outside the bathroom. If one wakes up early to wash up, the other will be disturbed. The surrounding can also be noisy.

The staff were extremely helpful & professional. I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel. The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft  sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.  The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated. The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty. A high quality washing machine was helpful.  The location is central  and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.  Easy to get a Didi  Thank you

Hotel location is good, opposite the fellow chicken, there are a lot of food next to the downstairs is the shared bicycle travel is also convenient. I was worried that the hotel was on the roadside at night. The car sound was very noisy, but fortunately, two windows were closed. The lack of disposable slippers was that there was no disposable slippers inside.
