Even after checking in at 3pm, my bed wasn't ready.
They give you key cards to open your lockers, but they are not used for opening your Capsule. Your Capsule can be simply opened by pushing the doors, which feels quite unsafe considering it could be opened by anyone else.
Moreover, the upper and lower bunk numbers are distinguished by signs showing the shape of the doors (rounded or squared), which could be easily mistaken. I had somebody else lying in my Capsule once I opened it. This should be improved by the hostel. At least they can make it clear by using arrows writing up and down.

Had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. We got there late and ended up parking off site. But management was great and we enjoyed free parking for the rest of the stay. It's absolutely very convenient, walking distance to to all major places of interest and restaurant as well.Hotel room was big .clean and comfortable
I booked 4 bedded female dorm and it is clean, bed is comfortable. It comes with buffet breakfast spread and the common dining/kitchen area are spacious, clean and well equipped with cooking ware.
It is also well located within the tourists destinations . Cozy coffee corner and reading area are available if one wants some quiet moments.
Staffs are ever friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed my stay

Basically, this place is for campus students to stay so pretty different comparing to standard hotel or AirBNB.
I don't see a hair dryer, kleenex box, coat hanger (but you hav closet), kettle and coffee set, etc...
But the place is nice and clean.
They don't store your luggage before CI/after CO, they will introduce you their parter doing storage service, cost me 8$ after pertnership discount which seem to be fair in this city.
I'm glad I could stay here with last minute booking although it was in middle of F1 weekend.

With a stay at Treehouse Hostel, you'll be centrally located in Montreal, steps from Sainte-Catherine Street and 8 minutes by foot from Bell Centre. This hostel is 0.7 mi (1.2 km) from McGill University and 0.4 mi (0.6 km) from Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
Make use of convenient amenities, which include complimentary wireless internet access and a communal living room.
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Featured amenities include express check-out, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff.
Make yourself at home in one of the 20 guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms with showers are provided.
Breakfast has, you can choose, but you need to pay. You can make your own breakfast in the kitchen yourself. There is a big supermarket nearby. Behind the train station, to Montreal, or Quebec is very convenient.
I arrived around midnight, and luckily the check-in desk was open 24 hours, which was convenient. I only stayed for a short time before leaving. The one real benefit is the free shuttle to the Sheraton hotel. However, the place wasn’t very clean, and as you’d expect from an airport hotel, there was a lot of airplane noise.
The breakfast was very limited - just a paper bag with one muffin, juice box, youghurt and one egg. Rooms were clean and nice location for visiting the Lac Magentic but no restaurants next door.
The breakfast could be more complete. In addition, on the second day, the juices were no longer available, so no juice for the young, there was no cheese. Considering the price paid. lunch is very frugal. There may be more unsugar (creams, more cheese), air conditioning is noisy, but it seems to be like everywhere.
Very Good

GGuest UserThe toilet was clogged. Our key cards kept malfunctioning, and we had to get them reset several times to access our room. The facilities felt a bit worn. On a positive note, we were able to keep the same room. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the included breakfast was comprehensive, and the air conditioning worked very well.
CCarmen CarmelinaVery unique looking decor. Everything looked new and was very clean. Super amenities. I prefer hotels to Air BnB and this had the extras like a stove, fridge, cooking pots and pans, dishes, utensils, kettle, and a N'Espresso machine. There is even a Metro grocery store around the corner and restaurants outside The downsides are that it appears to be in an ”interesting” part of town (I would not be comfortable walking alone as a woman), and stairs, no elevator. It was a challenge to bring up the luggage even to the second level. Otherwise a great place in Quebec City and within walking distance to the train station, which is why I chose it.

VVincentJust a few minutes from the Upper Promenade, with a lovely casual feeling and comfortable rooms. Shared toilet but always very clean and never a wait. Front desk staff were really friendly. Enjoyed the shared coffee, kettle, microwave and fridge at reception.
An enjoyable 3 night stay. Recommended.
GGuest UserPros: The rooms are big, clean, comfortable, and have everything you need.
The breakfast is quite abundant and varied; it would only need some boiled eggs, cheese, or another source of protein to be perfect.
The reception staff are friendly and polite.
Cons:
The pet fee is ridiculously high ($40, and they also charge taxes on top of that, which makes no sense). Total = $46. It is the highest pet fee I paid during my trip from Montreal to Calgary. For example, in Ontario, Winnipeg, and Saskatchewan, many motels don’t even charge a pet fee. What some other places do is charge a refundable deposit in case of damages, rather than a non-refundable fee for no particular reason. For this reason, I would not return.
Noise: You can hear absolutely everything from the adjacent rooms. In fact, a couple was arguing quite loudly and aggressively during my stay, including shouting, which affected my sense of safety. Staff members who were nearby at the time, should be vigilant and intervene in this kind of situation.
JJoyful SoloThis was my second time staying here. The location is very convenient — it’s in downtown, just a few minutes’ walk to the subway, and close to restaurants and supermarkets.
However, the room itself is quite old. I could clearly hear people walking in the room above, as well as toilets flushing from the next room. Basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided, but no slippers or toothbrush were included.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had requested a room facing the main road, but I was given one facing an interior light well with a direct view into another room, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time.
Breakfast was just okay — it fills you up, but the selection is limited. On the plus side, the coffee machine in the lobby is great, and tea and water are available anytime.
Overall, a bit pricey for what you get — I stayed Sunday and Monday night and paid almost $300 CAD (before tax).
GGuest UserI had an outstanding stay at this hotel and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained.
We came to ski at Le Massif, Mont-Sainte-Anne, and Stoneham, and stayed for three nights. The location was very convenient — about 20 minutes from Le Massif and 15 minutes from Mont-Sainte-Anne. The price was very affordable, and the whole place was extremely clean.
There’s no breakfast included, but the hotel has a large shared kitchen that is fully equipped: lots of pots and pans, plates, utensils, and even cooking oil, salt, pepper, and some snacks — all free. There are plenty of dining tables, and there’s also a pool table where we could relax in the evenings.
Overall, this hotel was comfortable, convenient, and a great value. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Oontheroad2001The room did not have much evaluation, and the quality of service needed to be written. The boss is Chinese and very good. The front desk is uneven. The big man on Monday night is the only one who is reliable. The worst thing is the uncle on Tuesday night, who has no truth in his mouth, and is raped and stupid. It is a miracle that such a miracle can find a job.
