Everything was great until the reception manager, Abdullah, showed up! I asked for a vacuum cleaner to close a vacuum bag, but he said they didn't have one, even though the cleaning lady brought one and helped me! After checkout, I wanted to store my luggage, but he said there was no room! When I checked in, the manager was so nice, he helped and offered advice, unlike Abdullah! He's ruining your hotel's reputation!! He doesn't have a name badge, so I'll describe him: tall, stocky, curly hair, beard, and was on duty on September 28th! It's advisable to fire such employees!

The breakfast could be more complete. In addition, on the second day, the juices were no longer available, so no juice for the young, there was no cheese. Considering the price paid. lunch is very frugal. There may be more unsugar (creams, more cheese), air conditioning is noisy, but it seems to be like everywhere.

When the hotel is full, plan your lunch time because there are people at the toasters... a bit complicated to make your plate.

The environment is good, the price-performance ratio is high, and parking is convenient! I also met compatriots! It was the first time I met Chinese people in a hotel outside! It was really friendly! Children like hotels with breakfast! It is worth recommending!

The lady and the handsome guy at the front desk were very friendly and helped with the luggage. The room was clean and the view outside the window was beautiful. I will consider staying here next time.

I was really surprised by this hotel. The hotel is small and not in the centre but it is well located, you can walk to the centre or take the metro (there’s a station really netas the hotel), and it was a really good value for money. The staff is nice, speak English and French and were really helpful. The room was big enough for the 3 of us and had all amenities needed. The view… well, it was for the other rooms so we just kept the curtains closed. There is a living room with coffee for guests that I liked. Breakfast was also better than I was expecting and we just got our drink from the lounge and took to the breakfast room. It’s a simple breakfast but had scrambled eggs, fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal… They don’t have parking but there’s a car public park 2 minutes away. We left the car there and walked to the old Montreal.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It is not half an hour. It is about 60 knives. The hotel is very close to the city. The environment is very good. The front desk service is also very good. It is close to the TD Bank supermarket. There is breakfast but there are not many varieties. I have not changed the taste for a few days. 118 Canadian dollars a day is not expensive. Will stay again and recommend friends and relatives around 👍

The shower is not so good. The location is very good. It's 10 minutes walk from Gare d'autocar. The price-performance ratio is high. The two female receptionists I met were very nice. The soundproofing of the room is not good. I have to touch my roommate. But it's a fully enclosed space with a charging port and a separate TV space. It's ok for sleeping. There is a convenience store next to it in 1 minute.

Very good location, service is also very good, it is indeed a few compatriots who are very thoughtful to help you when you have questions. The free parking space that I worried about before check-in is also perfect. Just leave the key to facilitate the staff to move the car when needed. McGill University and the Old Port can be reached on foot, a very cost-effective accommodation option.

GGuest UserThe toilet was clogged. Our key cards kept malfunctioning, and we had to get them reset several times to access our room. The facilities felt a bit worn. On a positive note, we were able to keep the same room. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the included breakfast was comprehensive, and the air conditioning worked very well.

CCarmen CarmelinaVery unique looking decor. Everything looked new and was very clean. Super amenities. I prefer hotels to Air BnB and this had the extras like a stove, fridge, cooking pots and pans, dishes, utensils, kettle, and a N'Espresso machine. There is even a Metro grocery store around the corner and restaurants outside The downsides are that it appears to be in an ”interesting” part of town (I would not be comfortable walking alone as a woman), and stairs, no elevator. It was a challenge to bring up the luggage even to the second level. Otherwise a great place in Quebec City and within walking distance to the train station, which is why I chose it.

VVincentJust a few minutes from the Upper Promenade, with a lovely casual feeling and comfortable rooms. Shared toilet but always very clean and never a wait. Front desk staff were really friendly. Enjoyed the shared coffee, kettle, microwave and fridge at reception. An enjoyable 3 night stay. Recommended.

GGuest UserI had an outstanding stay at this hotel and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. We came to ski at Le Massif, Mont-Sainte-Anne, and Stoneham, and stayed for three nights. The location was very convenient — about 20 minutes from Le Massif and 15 minutes from Mont-Sainte-Anne. The price was very affordable, and the whole place was extremely clean. There’s no breakfast included, but the hotel has a large shared kitchen that is fully equipped: lots of pots and pans, plates, utensils, and even cooking oil, salt, pepper, and some snacks — all free. There are plenty of dining tables, and there’s also a pool table where we could relax in the evenings. Overall, this hotel was comfortable, convenient, and a great value. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Oontheroad2001The room did not have much evaluation, and the quality of service needed to be written. The boss is Chinese and very good. The front desk is uneven. The big man on Monday night is the only one who is reliable. The worst thing is the uncle on Tuesday night, who has no truth in his mouth, and is raped and stupid. It is a miracle that such a miracle can find a job.

GGuest UserIn Tadoussac, parking is often difficult to find. The owner emailed us to let us know we could park there even before check-in. We arrived at 11am, and were planning on parking there until we could register, but our room was already available. After reading some of the reviews, we were expecting a very basic room. What we got was anything but basic. The room had a good sized refrigerator and a coffee maker, along with a nice sized table and chairs. The real bonus was the wall-mount for the television - it could be pulled out and turned so you could watch TV from the table, ideal for eating in. The map we got from the owner with some of the hikes and best stops of the area was also greatly appreciated. The only issue was the noise from the upstairs room when they were running water. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
