The lady who checked us in was amazing! But the person who was there in morning was super rude, which left a bad taste in our mouth. She literally came to our table where we were having our breakfast in the lobby and asked us if we are going to have all the yogurt packs which were on the table (there were only 5 yogurt packs and it was 4 of us to eat), she was super rude. Agents should learn how to speak to a customer. We paid for the breakfast in our room rate. It was none of her business to ask us this question. Please teach customer service to your staff.
