Very warm welcoming from hotel staff and many info for montreal city shown by lady of front office and mr.george nice stay convenient to go anywhere during my stay cause this hotel is easy to reach to downtown montreal..tks

この値段で泊まれるホテルとしては、清潔、快適で良かったです。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切で感じが良く、ウェルカムドリンクの提供も嬉しかったです。
ただ、エレベーターがなく、2階と3階にある部屋まで階段を上り下りするしかないので、重い荷物があったり、足が悪いと大変かもしれません。あと、部屋にグラスやコップが無かったのが少し不便でした。

It was an incredible stay at this hotel. It was a tiny room but enough for a couple. Comfy bed, nice bath, beautiful decorativo, but the real gems were Paul, Pierre and the other guy whose name starts with M. They were really kind and helpful during our entire stay, making you feel like at home. Also exquisite coffee and croissant available almost all the time. Nice place to book for spending your days in Montreal. Highly recommendable!

Great boutique hotel.
I was traveling for business and it was perfectly located close to Berry UQUAM metro.
The only thing that needs improvement is the shower (malfunctioning showerhead and mold on the bottom grout).
Also, please be aware this hotel is located in an hold building, so sound proofing is not perfect. Thankfully everyone was very respectful and considerate of others .

Hotel was adorable and clean but George in the lobby was the star of the show! Beyond excellent costumer service. The little cafe was an unexpected treat!
