3-Star Hotels in Eastern Visayas, Philippines

Our room was okay. Soft bed and pillows. The problem was the air conditioner, we can't adjust to make it bit warmer, we end up turning it off but the result was moisture on the floor and on the wall..thank you to the staff specially the manager they answer our problem. Most appreciated. I think the windows of the hotel need cleaning from the outside as there's green molds on the windows.

Good value for money. Excellent location, close to buses, Gaisano and SM. Lots of places to eat. Staff at check in and Cafe Excellent but sadly the room cleaning staff did not impress me.

Very basic breakfast No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast) Basthroom is small and full of mould Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming) Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?) On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet. Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The staff are nice. The room is clean and big, the amenities are complete. The hotel allow us to leave our baggages and allow additional guests with reasonable price. The staff are easy to approach with and very convenient to stay. It's near on the metro mall. The WiFi is too fast and we had a memorable night with my family. I really recommend this hotel. Perfect staycation for family.

This hotel is right next to Tacloban's Robinson's department store, so finding food is never an issue. The room was clean but small. There weren't amenities like toothbrushes, but there was body soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner dispenser mounted on the wall. Room cleaning started after 2:30 PM. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant, which was nice.

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

Location is accessible to market, shopping centers and beautiful spot. Hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating. Food needs to improve a bit.

We had to ask the front desk staff to transfer us to another room because the aircon unit wasn’t working. There’s a water dispenser at the 3rd floor. Breakfast is buffet; not much selection but it’s okay to get you by. No elevator as well. Location is great. 24 hours open Andok’s and supermarkets are near. ATM machines are everywhere. Must visit restaurants: Ocho; Prakaz bbq; Fahrenheit food Center. The hotel restaurant is a good place to dine too. Huge servings and tasty. Very friendly staff also. Full of cute and antique stuff in this hotel which are definitely collectors items; very interesting. Tip: if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room not on the street side as the vehicles tend to be very noisy since the rooms are just until the 4th floor.

The check in staff was amazing! Other staffs at the resort were friendly and accommodating. They even have a security personnel that is visible. The resort space is huge. Will definitely book again and bring my family. Great for kids and kids at heart. Thank you for the warm welcome.

This is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.
