3-Star Hotels in Eastern Visayas, Philippines

This hotel is our home away from home. Location wise it’s accessible, the mall is just a few steps away. My family enjoys our stay in this hotel. The staffs are very nice and respectful. Also, the amenities. My son keeps himself busy at the pool. I already loose count on how many bookings our family stayed in this hotel. Highly recommended. One time, I missed our booking and got confused with the dates, good thing their manager helped us, they knew We are a regular guest. That kind of hospitality is really a top notched. Will surely come back once had our vacation in the Philippines.

Maganda ang service nila dito. Maypa iron at ironing board, hair dryer silang dinagdag. Perfect for professionals kung need plantsahin ang damit. With bed and breakfast. Mababait din staff dito. Linawin ko lang hindi ito luxury hotel. Accessible sa lahat ang location. Mall, terminals ng van, malapit lang din sa airport less than 5mins taxi. Foods, massage, salon at iba pa nasa baba. Gusto mo magshopping ito na yun! Sa Robinsons Mall Marasbaras.

Location is great - situated very near the town proper and the tourism office. Just a few blocks away so you can walked your way through. Room is very clean and the furnitures are relatively new. Hot shower is available. There are also dinnerwares available if you want to take out food from the nearby restaurants/carinderias. There is also a fridge and kettle. Netflix is also available. Service is actually really great! The host even upgraded us from a budget room to a one bedroom unit. Only letdown for me is the toilet which I think needs to be wider. But overall, a great place to stay in Palompon while you are waiting for your tour to the island.

Very basic breakfast No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast) Basthroom is small and full of mould Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming) Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?) On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet. Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

We stayed at Hotel Estrella for one night before our flight to Boracay, and everything was smooth. The room was clean, and the staff were very accommodating. My son even forgot his wallet in the hotel — we didn’t call them about it, which was our mistake.

Excellent modern hotel. Rosetta suitable for European whirlpool, air conditioner, teapot, champoo, gel and air conditioner, generally all set. Breakfast in the room. Wonderful responsive staff. The only minus no hot water. But it did not prevent the hotel from extending its stay for another 5 days

Good value for money but the rooms are looking a bit worn out. Fully functional though. Hot water shower Elevator... Nice Very polite, helpful staff Downtown location is good.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area. I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience. The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

New in town, accommodation was so amazing big rooms, ofcourse the swimming pool. Food was great and staff was so accommodating.. Love to be back next time. Good for families love for outing ❤️

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.
