The hotel was easy to find, and the front desk staff was very enthusiastic in helping us check in. He also warmly introduced us to the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area. It was a very pleasant stay.

Dirty, old, dilapidated hotel. It's unpleasant to stay here, even though the rooms are large.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel. It looks nothing like the photos. For a similar price, you could look at the hotel next door. The cleanliness is terrible; there are bugs and hairs in the room. The staff are not friendly at all; I don't understand why they put such people at the front desk. They are not polite. I was debating between this hotel and the one next door, and I deeply regret choosing this one. I absolutely do not recommend it. The pool is also in a terrible state. I think they used AI-generated photos. Don't come here!

Pros: Nice environment, clean and tidy rooms, a spacious bathroom, and excellent service from the Chinese-speaking front desk. Overall, it offers great value for money. Cons: It's quite a distance from the Las Vegas Strip—too far to walk, especially in such hot weather. Parking is at the back, and sometimes the back door is locked, forcing you to walk a long way around, which is very inconvenient with luggage. Overall: Perfect for a one-night stopover, with excellent value for money.

This hotel is completely untrustworthy. I urge everyone to avoid it. I booked this hotel on May 4th. After I checked in, the male receptionist took my passport and directly made a copy of it for retention. I felt very uncomfortable about this. I've been in the US for almost two months now, and not a single hotel has kept a copy of my passport. After getting my room key and entering the room, I kept thinking something wasn't right. So, I consulted ChatGPT, which confirmed that a copy isn't mandatory and I could ask for it back. I went to the front desk to communicate my wish to retrieve my passport copy, stating that if it wasn't returned, I would check out. The male receptionist said, 'Please wait, I'll call the manager.' About a minute later, he informed me that I could check out and returned my check-in documents and passport copy. In front of him, I applied for a refund on the Ctrip platform and asked him which reason would be appropriate. He said any would do, so I filled it out truthfully. I then booked the Virgin Hotel across the street. The next morning, around 7 AM, I received a notification from Ctrip that my refund had failed because the 'hotel refused the refund.' I resubmitted the refund request on the platform, and an hour later, it was still rejected. Around 8:30 AM, I went to the front desk of the Serenity Gas Boutique Hotel to confront them. The male receptionist from the day before wasn't there; I was met by a man who claimed to be the hotel owner. His response was, 'You checked out once yesterday (I had booked for May 5th-6th), a second refund won't be granted.' This is completely unreasonable! When I booked this hotel, the service terms on Ctrip clearly stated 'free cancellation anytime.' He then acted as if he was doing me a favor by agreeing to the checkout, saying, 'No matter who you are in your home country, I won't tolerate that here. Today, I'm not refunding this money. Go complain to whoever you want.' I want to say, am I so rich I have money to burn, or am I crazy? Book a hotel, leave it empty, and then book another? I want to ask this unscrupulous hotel owner a question: the point of our dispute was the passport copy. If I stayed, the copy had to be kept. If I didn't stay, it could be returned. Why did you return my check-in documents and my passport copy? This is my first review on Ctrip. It's been a day, and I'm still deeply bothered and feel compelled to speak out. When abroad, Chinese people should look out for each other, but this Chinese owner has absolutely no integrity. Just thinking about his face makes my blood boil. Remember this hotel, and recognize this face. Don't get ripped off.
