3-Star Hotels in Queretaro, Mexico

It was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

The room is not too big, it is enough Facilities: Safe, very practical Hygiene: OK, basically satisfied Environment: The geographical position is superior, it is the biggest highlight, you must like 👍 Service: OK, the front desk and cleaning are good

Clean and tidy spacious rooms, ample hot water in the shower, and strong water pressure—anyone knows these two points are crucial for guests traveling long distances. And the best part is the affordable price. The evening traffic noise outside is tolerable. It would be nice if the room also provided napkins instead of having to use toilet paper

The front desk staff is great! The location is very close to the airport. The hotel is very retro, I don't like the room very much, the first floor does not live anyway, live on the second floor. Recommended for business trips.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in Mexico! The room was clean and tidy, and the sanitary products were all available (except slippers). The hotel has a free breakfast and the egg coffee meat rolls taste delicious. The lobby reception is very warm and friendly. The hotel is next to the bus station and can also provide free pick-up service. Although I can reach it on foot, they still insist on driving me. For safety and time saving, they are very thoughtful!

チェックインは3時からであったが、私たちは11時に到着したので、荷物を預かってもらうつもりで、フロントに声を掛けたら、なんと、部屋が空いているので、今からでもよいと言っていただけたので、大変助かったし、少し部屋でくつろいでから、市内観光に徒歩で出かけることができた。臨機応変の対応に感謝します。 立地はバス停の前であるし、ケレタロの主要な見学地の近くであるので、大変便利です。 残念だったのは、シャワーの温度が十分上がらなかったことと、トイレにいくと、灯がつき、換気扇が割と大きな音で回るので、夜中にトイレに行ったら、同伴者を起こしてしまったことが、残念でした。私たちが利用した部屋だけの問題なのかもしれません。部屋は十分すぎるぐらいひろかったです。 朝食はビッフェで、いろいろな料理がありました。*料理を注文してつくってもらいましたが、オムレツがおいしくて、自分は2皿もいただいてしまいました。ウエイトレスさんたちがキビキビ動いて、気持ちよかったので、チップを50ペソ置いてきました。

Gorgeous hotel with an incredible location, decoration, organization and service. The hotel is in the heart of Queretaro with everything and the best restaurants around.

Excellent restaurant 👌 😉 staff in general super but super friendly , I am widely recommending , very nice rooms , good location clear that would come back, gave me room with view to the hostel

The location is good but the amenities are limited. The service and breakfast are great. I recommend for any fellow travelers with time to ride bear the city.
