GGuest UserExcept for the simple decoration of the room, everything else is very good. It is located in the historical and cultural district. There is a pedestrian street outside the hotel, only 300 meters away from the Constitution Square. There are many museums and restaurants around. It is also good to walk around. The cost performance is really high

DDinorahExcellent service, very friendly, quick and timely care, good food, fault a lift so it was sometimes very late to wait for the only lift that served and at the time when the room was cleaned key cards are blocked and there is that down to reception to activate it again to be able to open the door of the room which is a little annoying, from there in more is very good, excellent attention, happiness

GGuest UserThis is my second time at the One. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Paseo Durango, a mall, and a Liverpool and Sears. It is centrally located and ordering an Uber is easy. The staff is very friendly, careful with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bathroom is a letdown: nothing but soap and towels, without and toiletries, and things were going well until I found a long hair in the sink (I hardly have any hair at all). I believe it’s a good, functional option for people on the go who are looking for a decent place to spend the night.

AAnonymous UserSeguro que puedo decir que pareciera que te están haciendo un favor, (Karina o Karen no recuerdo bien su nombre) de recepción. Raquel y botones (Oscar) bien. Aún así no regresaría. Inodoro en malas condiciones, cama pareciera no cambiaron las sábanas ( había cabellos) hotel deteriorado. .
