WV very good local hotel, the price is cheaper, breakfast is also rich, I lived for 15 days, but it takes 10 days to check in again, very fantastic rules, often the room left to clean the paper is still warm, bathroom There are 3 sets of towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, mouthwash, moisturizer, hair dryer, soap, just like most American hotels, there are no slippers and drinking water.

There were no issues, clean and nice.

Good location and friendly staff

The hotel is being remodeled and we were in a remodeled room. Due to COVID supply chain delays the room was not finished. We had no closet and there were no shelves in the bathroom so towels were stacked on back of toilet. The room is extremely poorly lit. There was only one tiny lamp between the two beds. It was a rainy dark morning and so it was hard to see in the main room. We stayed at a Hampton Inn two nights before in Wheeling West Virginia. That room was bigger and brighter and had a closet and it cost almost 40 dollars less. Go figure.

Great people and service came out to get breakfast and the maids were coming on shift one asked me if I needed anything I said yes and switched my towels out other than that left my room alone while I stayed which I find to be nice and gave a since a security and a respect for my belongings especially since I did not have to worry about nobody coming into my room and stealing my stuff. As for the breakfast it was nice but simple I would make one suggestion and it is adding a fruit basket so someone can have a banana or something but other than that kudos if I ever come back to this town I'll be coming here price is very reasonable thank you

Stay was wonderful, staff was nice, super clean! Not happy starting day with COLD shower! However two things that spoiled our stay: 1. Shower handle was installed incorrectly or broken, when we went to shower in morning, handle could only be turned a quarter…COLD shower, not a great way to start yr day. Can’t believe housekeeping didn’t notice! 2. Our room room was 213, by elevators and laundry chute….there was freezing cold air coming from chute vents. We notified front desk abd housekeeper upon departure…. Hilton rewards member.

This was a one night stay. We checked into our room and didn’t have any water- no toilet, no shower, no sink. We went back downstairs and let them know and they said it was due to construction and the water would be back on in an hour. It wasn’t, so we went to dinner. Thankfully we finally had water. Not a great way to spend time in a hotel, when half the time we were there, we didn’t have any water to the room. Location was great, but there are other hotels around. They should have told us before booking about the construction.

Great Hotel, 5 stars in all categories. We needed a pet friendly hotel and this Hampton Inn & Suites was just that. Front desk allowed an early check- in when we arrived early from our road trip and put us in a room on a lower level to make it convenient for taking our senior citizen furr ball outside. All day fresh coffee was awesome and the hot breakfasts each day was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in Morgantown.
